We had the chef's tasting experience and accompanying wine pairing with Foie Gras added.It was a lovely, decadent meal in an intimate, candle-lit setting - a truly divine way to celebrate my friend for his birthday. Celebrated my buddy’s birthday here last night and I’m telling you, do the Rue Experience - it was incredible! Food is what most of my money is spent on and when visiting Jacksonville for the Players, we’ve dined at many of the “nicer” restaurants in the area and have been disappointed by several but this is a true gem. If the chef were switching up the dishes tonight we would go back immediately, it’s that good. Service was relaxed and the front of house works as a team so you have several people keeping an eye on your table to make sure everything is going as it should. Seriously, major kudos to the chef for dreaming up the dishes and his team in the back of house for executing as well as the manager and service staff in the front of house for making the Rue Experience one to remember!

This is the exact place I've been searching for! Brought my wife here for her birthday and we loved every part of the night. We did the Rue experience with the wine pairing and couldn't be happier. It was romantic, cozy, and the service was perfect. The food was so incredible I really can't put it into words. Every new dish had these flavors that's I didn't even know existed, if that makes sense. This was a true culinary experience like no other. I cannot wait for my next visit!

My husband and I enjoyed a lovely blind wine-pairing dining experience from the time we walked in. The staff was personable and knowledgeable. The ambiance was cozy and inviting. Above all, the food was magnificent. We have traveled to France on several occasions and were delighted to find the cuisine at Rue Saint-Marc very authentic. Kudos to the chefs.
The Rue experience was great because you got to try several of the featured dishes. The presentation was incredible, the flavors of every dish were thoughtful and balanced, and the amount of food was perfect so you left satisfied. The staff was professional and knowledgeable. The timing of each course was perfect so we didn't feel rushed or like we were waiting too long between courses. Will definitely return for another experience!

Celebrated our anniversary here on a Friday night. We were greeted warmly by the staff and seated right away since we have a reservation. Our table has 2 glasses of champagne and a card for us, very sweet of them.We started the evening with their Mayport Shrimp and House Bread. We both enjoyed the buttery and soft bread but the shrimps were just okay. We also had drinks, Mai Tai (so good!) for me and a cider for the hubs. For the main course, which came maybe after almost an hour of wait, I ordered the Monkfish. I didn't particularly like the flavor overall, but the side of veggies were tasty. My husband is a meat eater so he got the Ribeye, it was good but the portion, in my opinion, is small for the price. We both loved the Amaretto Soufflé.It was not a very good experience because of the wait and the portion of the food, The place is also quite loud, and not a very intimate place for a date night. Great service from our server though.

First time at Rue San Marco, and let me say it was a Great experience from start to finish. The drinks were on point. Nice ambience. We did the Tasting menu. Each of our dishes were unique and tasty. Our waitress, Brittany, was fantastic! Highly recommend and Will definitely be back.

I love Rue Saint Marc! My fiancé and I celebrated our engagement here with the Rue experience. It was truly an experience and one of the most excellent meals I have ever had. Each dish was a triumph of colors, textures, aromas, and flavors. Each course came with an explanation and a deliciously paired wine. In addition, their cocktail menu is extensive and includes some of those great old classics that many bars don’t seem to know exist.

It is a wonderful restraint to relax and enjoy company. Only complaint is a small appetizer menu. What is a French restaurant without escargot? Nut the sea bass was fabulous and the amaretto soufflé was a perfect end to the night

 very nice neighborhood feel to this wonderful restaurant.  we were welcomed with a quick fried potato crunch with cheese and caviar on top and I was willing to cancel my whole dinner and have 12 of those little crunchy bits of heaven. I had the  halibut my wife had the ribeye portions were just right, prepared perfectly, and accompanied by a waiter that was informative and very helpful with choices. My wife and I did the prefix menu for three servings, and was happy with the amount of food and the price. I enjoyed patronizing this local eatery, and I will be back.
One of the best experiences that we have had. We selected the Chef's choice and did not disappoint. Every portion of the meal was fantastic. And the service was a 10 out of 10. Our server was knowledgeable, friendly, attentive and went above and beyond! We will definitely be back!
