Happy hour is so worthy!

Took great care of us on our 1 year anniversary, was a wonderful experience. Even left a card saying happy anniversary on our table and took extra care of us. Will be here every year from now on.

This was a carry out order. I would not recommend Ruth Chris Jacksonville. The shrimp in the shrimp cocktail were overcooked and didn’t appear to be fresh. The steakhouse salad was just a bunch of different types of lettuce with a few slices of red onion, a few croutons and a few half cherry tomatoes. The ranch dressing was so salty it couldn’t be used. The bread was mediocre, the garlic mashed potatoes were okay and the 16 ounce ribeye was average with a lot of fat. Definitely not worth the $130 price. Do not waste your time or money by visiting this restaurant.

Inviting atmosphere as well as the employees. The service is fantastic with every question answered and there is no question as to what is going on if things aren't perfect. Food is top-notch, and serving sizes are not individual for the side dishes so it's a communion type of eating where everyone can share.

Atmosphere was really nice and staff were very friendly and polite. I ordered surf & turf, "center cut 8 oz filet with colossal crab meat" I didn't upgrade to the 11 oz because it looked like a decent serving of crab meat came along with the steak. But when food arrived there was no more than a teaspoon of crabmeat which I felt was pretty poor, and not what was advertised on the menu's picture. Steak was perfectly cooked though. The biggest kick in the teeth was the hidden charges.

Great place I love it here and the food and staff are amazing. When there is an issue they resolve it immediately. Alicia Grubb, Manager was excellent with resolving an issue when I had it Wow! That's what to expect when you go to 5 star restaurant. Very pleased! Thank you Alicia! Can't wait to go back!!

An absolute disgrace. I went as a singleton, so stuffed into the worst corner in the place...and 12 (yes, twelve) servers walked past me. I walked out...which got their attention. I was pursued by a manager who was obviously worried I would write...well, this post. I will never return after this shocking treatment.

Christmas party for the office here was very nice. Our server was so sweet and rolled with our group very nicely. The food was delicious. It was my first time here, but it was everything I thought it was going to be.

We went for Thanksgiving, the sweet potatoes were outstanding.
At the end of the meal they gave us a little to go carton with "leftovers" and that was a nice touch.

This is a gorgeous restaurant. It is pricey but definitely perfect for that special someone or occasion to splurge. The food is delicious, and the sides are portioned for 2+ people. The atmosphere is very good. I went with some coworkers and we had a very good time. The view to the bridge over the St. John's river at night is beautiful. Customer service is above excellent! Would definitely return!

Parking: The restaurant will validate your parking garage ticket since the restaurant is located inside a hotel which has a parking garage for those staying.
