Ruth's Chris Steak House

The food was tasty. Our server was excellent. It was me and my friend's birthday and we received little miniature cheesecakes with a candle in it. That was thoughtful.🙂

Good was good but for the price I expected more of a wow. Outstanding Had great service. Brought our own bottle of wine and was charged a $25 corking fee. Not told that up front and have brought our own I. The past and not been charged. We go every year for our Anniversary we split everything. Our bill including tip was $184 and that's bringing our own alcohol. For that I expected to be wowed.

Food was EXCELLENT and piping hot. Every single item was DELICIOUS. Kim was an AMAZING Server. Cannot wait to return for another fabulous meal.

Went for my Birthday and 1st time as well. My experience was amazing and my server Jenny was awesome. I would've gave her 10+. She made sure everything went well and took care of us. Will definitely go back and recommend to go too Riverside place.. Also, I appreciated that the Manager stop by to make sure all went well.

Had a great meal yesterday. Although initially the steaks that we ordered were overcooked from what we ordered, it was quickly rectified, and the steaks came back perfect. Service was excellent.

Great restaurant in a great riverfront location. Steaks are very good and service is top notch. Also has a very good happy hour.

Some misses with service. Long wait time for appetizers/ salad. Salad finally came but missing components (croutons). First bite of Au gratin potatoes was undercooked, still hard in center. Table beside us received their entree but never got the salads they ordered.

The food is over priced and heavily salted.

This steak house do not disapoint. Best New York Strip in a long time. Service was fina as usual. Nice place if you enjoy a top notch steak.

Ruth's Chris has always been a feel good, high value, special occasion experience. Last night felt like we were going to any other low end American chain restaurant. (Think Sysco truck food delivery premade food.) The encrusted Ahi Tuna had way too much salt on it and to add insult to injury was paired with even more salt from the soy sauce. My French Onion soup was very salty as well. I ordered the Veal Ravioli as my Entree. Shame on me for ordering pasta at a steak house! My mind was expecting fresh rolled pasta; what I got was perfectly machined, factory made frozen ravioli. Our server Les was upbeat until we didn't order alcohol; then his mood sank with the expected low check total. Honestly, I don't care if I ever go back to Ruth's Chris.

Waited an hour to order food, waited an hour for the food, steak was over cooked, waited another 30 minutes for a correction, and then waited an hour for the bill. Never going to come back or recommend.
