Good dim sum place!!! Service was prompt and good! Looking forward to trying more dim sum and other dishes!! My favorite was the shrimp rice roll! Will be back!

Donald he is a very welcoming server, he really makes you feel part of the restaurant. You are never alone when Donald is around.

I picked up my family's takeout and the older man at the checkout counter was a little creepy. He kept saying how young I looked, that I HAD to be 14. I'm 18, and I said that too, but he just wouldn't stop talking about how young I looked. Maybe it was a compliment, but it definitely came across wrong. Food was ok.

Food is amazing the best one in Jax hands down but the guy that sits you and take your order at the counter is awful the way he treats you and look at you like you are begging for something
This place can be a gold mine if he is out of there

The food was wonderful. The experience was not. I recommend takeout and not dine in.
The man who served us made us feel as if we were inconveniencing him. Our weekly Friday night, outings for new food experiences, and a friend‘s birthday was on the awkward side because of the attitude this person had. I will not be returning to this place. It was the service that destroyed the atmosphere and took the joy out of the evening. They made it clear to not make reservations unless you have a party of eight or more.

The guy that seats you and serves you will come off a bit brash but he's okay. If you don't know what's on the menu you kind of have to order it and then just figure out if you like it or not. There's no explanation next to some of the items. It's really good food. I tried to get the tea a couple of times but when I ask about it dude has no interest in explaining it. He did stop me from ordering it after I said that I have a dairy allergy so that's good. Be ready to order quick and he's going to drop the bill before you finish LOL. Again, it's a good place though. Enjoy!

My husband and I wanted to go out for our anniversary we decided on chinese.We went here and as soon as we walked in the man at the counter was very abrupt and tried to seat us between a table with 4 people and another table with a loud toddler we asked to be seated by the window as I am hearing impaired.He asked for our drink order I asked for hot tea he brought them out and I poured it .It looked like water with herbs and tasted like water not like any hot tea I've ever had ,looked like something off the bottom of shoe.We looked over the menu and the man was very rude when we asked questions regarding menu items ,my husband turned to him and said we're going to pay for our drinks and go this is NOT what we expected .We left never ordered. We went accross the street and got great Chinese food at Joys- I would not recommend going here .Service is rude and that's part of a dining experience is to enjoy it which we did not.We will not spend our hard earned money at a place that treats us like dirt ....

The gentleman who serves there has this “you own me money” expression every time we dined in. He doesn’t smile nor he seems too welcoming. I think he is just a good person with a perpetual poker face. We confirmed it by going there throughout the years. He ain’t gonna change. If you love the food and don’t want to see his poker face, just order delivery.

Being from CA and have traveled to China, this place takes me there when I miss good Chinese food.
