I know there is way better Dim Sum experiences in jacksonville. I'm just sorry I went to this place first. The server was very rude, heard him argue on phone, yell at customer picking up food, and yell at the cooks. Atmosphere was boring and plain. The dumplings were ok, not sensational. There are better Dim sum places in jacksonville,go to those places.

The food is good sometimes but hit or miss.
The waiter is like, very prone to interrupting you while you’re ordering. I flipped the page and he like sighed and looked back almost as if he was ready to walk away. He was funny to some people but not us. Both times I’ve come. So I’m not sure. He’s “blunt” which is fine but it’s just too rude unfortunately like he won’t say hi or anything or thank you or just anything besides the very very very bare minimum. He’ll just say “what do you want” right when you come in. Just weird. Sad. This place would benefit from a little kindness.

A friend and I went in on Sunday. Overall, the food was tasty. The only issue that we had was our waiter. He was rude to the point that I almost left after putting in our orders. There were two other parties in the restaurant. He was very pleasant to them but when it came to our table, he was short with us. His attitude was just so rude that the whole time I was wondering if we said or did anything to him. I was almost afraid to ask for anything else because he made us feel very unwelcome. His demeanor only changed when he realized that he forgot to put one of our orders in and we were waiting for a bit for my food. Again, the food was tasty, but the service was not great.

Really good food. I’ve been here plenty of times but hadn’t realized I’d never written a review. The food is always tasty when we’ve gone for dinner.
The service isn’t like any other restaurant, the older man is actually very cool, and tells some great stories. He’s very abrupt and forward, nothing like the kind of service you would get in other restaurants. Since I’ve been multiple times I’ve had the chance to interact with the older gentleman here and would say he isn’t rude and mean, very direct and abrupt. If you don’t know people like that then you’ll be shocked.
Overall, it’s a good little restaurant, we visit every other month and haven’t had a bad experience yet.

I went there for my birthday dinner really looking forward to sitting down and having sesame chicken. My friends and I got there around 8:15 pm. There was a really rude Asian man that "waited" on us. The service was so bad I gave a $0 tip. He started off within seconds of us sitting down yelling for our drink order before we even looked at our menu. I was the last to get my meal and he actually slammed my little bowl of rice in front of me. Yelling the whole time about the kitchen closing at 8:30 pm. Came over several times yelling if we were ready to order. Told my friend they don't make fried rice as a side
Yet two customers came in 20 minutes after we did and they had fresh fried rice. He was actually nice to them and making good conversation while being rude to us the entire time we were there. There were six of us. The meal wasn't that cheap and my sesame chicken... Tasteless dried and bitter. It was supposed to be made with honey sauce. How do you make sesame chicken taste bitter??? He didn't care that the food was bad, he didn't even ask. My friend got raw ginger in her food. My other friend said her chicken dish was nasty. Everything looked fresh and was steaming but tasted bad enough for us to never want to set foot in this place again. I know options are limited but definitely don't take a chance on this place.

I have been here a few times. Dim sum is okay but their beef chow fun (noodles) is exceptional !!! That’s why I come back to this place from time to time. Their beef chow fun is better both HK Bistro and YH Dim Sum.

The three of us were the first to enter the hotel. The old male waiter was very unfriendly and had no smiling face to welcome the guests. The food was too different from the pictures.

I came in to ask for a menu to order and was greeted by an older Chinese man that was rude and nasty to me. I told him I wanted to look at the menu in the car with my children and he denied me the menu and didn't have takeout menus. I could've looked the menu up on my phone but the energy I was greeted with deterred me from ordering. I drove all the way here from oakleaf just to be disappointed. I don't know if it was the color of my skin or what but professionalism and great customer service should be the focal point of any business regardless of what kind of day the staff is having.

Can not comment on the food. I didn't stick around long enough to try. The initial encounter was cold, service was far from welcoming

The waiter/host was very unfriendly. And the food was below standards. We ordered 2 appetizers, The veggie spring rolls..the sauce was horrible and inedible. The other was the fried pork dumplings..the dough was very thick and tough and we found a small hair in the meat filling. The orange chicken had a decent flavor as did the general tso's chicken but they were not fantastic. The whole experience put together was definitely not worth paying for...Save your money!!

Honestly, the dude waiting tables, running the register, who was possibly the manager/owner?? Whatever he was, he was the most unhappiest, not so nice, looking like he wanted to karate chop me in the face dude I've ever experienced, simply for just for asking for soy sauce, and more ice!! Bottom line is, it was the first time, and the last time we'll go back!!
