Sal’s Cucina Food Truck

We had Lasagna and Pizza. The Pizza was outstanding and definitely one of the best we've had in this area. The thin crust was cooked perfectly and had a nice crunch. The sauce and toppings were fresh and flavorful. The Lasagna was saucy and again, cooked perfectly. The meat on top had a great flavor and we will get both again!

Pizza tastes amazing, cant wait for their food truck to come to palatka again!

best pizza we've had in a long time, well done with a great crust, better than any of the local chains. Kudos for Sal himself (maybe?) for graciously answering the phone line after hours.

Pizza was good. We asked to add ricotta as a topping to the buffalo and they were happy to accommodate. I really feel like it needed it and I'm glad they did. We didn't much care for the pasta though, kind of watery, probably wont get that again. But for about $20 each we had enough for a meal and lots of leftovers. I think there's an opportunity to upsell on the toppings if they list all the sauces and cheeses in the available toppings menu.

Sals came to my apartment complex and I tried the one topping pizza special. For a food truck, the prices were very reasonable. The food was great! I ordered mushrooms as my one topping and they were fresh which is a big plus. I’m happy I got to try Sals Cucina and if he comes back, I’ll be there!

Best Italian! We had the baked ziti, spaghetti, & garlic cheese bread and let us tell you, we were in Heaven!! So delicious and will definitely be repeat customers for sure!!

5 ⭐️!!! We’re from Michigan so we love Detroit styled deep dish pizzas. Sal’s felt like we were back home eating. And they carry Faygo pop.. another Michigan favorite! Definitely our new favorite food truck here. Super friendly family owned business too!

Best pizza food truck. Most places are so expensive but they a have great prices, quality & taste. We really enjoy their white pizza!

Just had this food truck for the first time at Silverleafs food truck Thursday and OMG best pizza around! Can’t say enough how much my family enjoyed our dinner, our kids never ask for seconds and they did tonight!

Sal made me cheese ravioli with pepperoni and it’s a definite winner, pizza is awesome also and can’t wait to get some
