Salento Steakhouse in Silverleaf exceeded all expectations! Sitting at the bar was a fantastic choice, thanks to the incredibly knowledgeable bartender, Daniel. He crafted some of the best cocktails and expertly recommended dishes that matched our tastes. His skill and hospitality truly made the entire experience unforgettable. My steak was absolutely the best I’ve ever had—perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. If you’re looking for top-tier fine dining in a warm, family-friendly atmosphere, Salento’s is a must-try! And hanging with Daniel is a goldmine ❤️!

We had a wonderful first experience at Salento last night. The service was excellent and the food was outstanding! It was incredible the quality and quantity of food we got for the price. We will definitely be back! We had enough food for more than 2 days and it was DELICIOUS!

I love the food here… you’ll want to come very hungry. The portions are plenty and delicious!!

Daniela welcomed us with her wide and beautiful smile, Don Cornelio was very attentive in his service and the other girl whose name I didn't have the opportunity to ask (sorry for that) was excellent. We ordered the Salento tray for two. We devoured it. Congratulations on your great attention and food.

I had a steak arepa and side salad and hubby had a combo platter with sausage, pork belly, steak, sweet plantain, rice and beans. It was all delicious.

First time having authentic Columbian food. I had the 12 oz ribeye, fried potatoes and vegetable kabob. Steak was a perfect medium they had fresh chimichurri to go on top as well. Everything from the food to the customer service was amazing! My new favorite place. So happy I found this place.
