I have been here two times. The first time wasn’t good. Compared to other Salsa locations the food was not good. A year later I try the restaurant again AND IT WAS TERRIBLE. The food was bland. The margarita was watered down. Terrible experience. TWICE.

Roaches seen on the wall. Place was filthy. Didn’t eat food because I was repulsed by the roaches. Place should be shut down.

This place has gone down hill…. The food was very cold , my order was wrong I asked for a bean and beef burrito then received one beef and one bean. Then $24 for a captain Morgan and coke!!! Go to another location because this one sucks

We had a Work dinner with 10 and when it came to paying the bill, the server made several errors. It took her extremely long to fix it and she had to call a manager to translate to us what is going on. Somebody should be on staff that can communicate with customers and know how to properly apply and reverse payments. Food was okay but not over the top either.

My husband and I both got the create your own combo, with enchiladas. Both came with mole sauce, which no where on the menu did it say that’s what it comes with. Enchiladas should come with enchilada sauce if not specified otherwise. When we talk to the waitress about it, she just said that that’s what it comes with and did not offer to fix it. $70 meal that my husband, nor I even ate one bite. I guess we paid $70 for chips and salsa

Came here for a quick lunch. Went to the restroom to wash my hands, no soap. Bathroom door is pretty disgusting. The waitress was very nice and attentive. She brought over a chips, salsa, and my water immediately. However the salsa tasted like spaghetti sauce and nothing like what salsa should taste like. I ordered the three shrimp tacos, Mexican style. These were by far the worst tacos I have ever had. I covered the second one in salsa to add some sort of flavor and by the third one I dug into it to see what was the issue and the shrimp appears like it may have been cooked yesterday. It was very rubbery and flavorless with chard flat portions on them. Nothing at all what shrimp should look like. I pointed this out to a different waitress who came to my table and no discount was given on my check. I will not be back to this restaurant.

My husband and I have been to other Salsa’s locations and were looking forward to trying this one since it is close to home. Another couple, who have also been to other locations, joined us. The server was very nice and accommodating and promptly brought drinks and tortilla chips with salsa. Unfortunately, the chips were stale. It took quite awhile to get our food, even though the place wasn’t busy, but it was very good. The main negative part of our dinner was very loud karaoke music. We have never experienced this at any of the other locations. I always enjoy hearing Latin-themed music in the background as it brings an authentic mood to the dining experience. However, the music that was being played was old Motown/R&B, which I love, being a child of the 60s, but it was a little awkward in this environment. Skip the karaoke next time.

Booth broke when sat down, I weight 140 lbs. Ants on the tables and walls. People were very polite and helpful though.
