Overcharged for birria sauce because you get a small bit for 3 tacos. Charged me 5.00 for juice from meat they cooked. Had not been here in a while and won't be back. Horrible resolution skills. Language barrier may be the issue. La Napolara would never.

Food was over salted. Was given two tortillas for my fajitas. My friend asked for a little extremely sour cream and was charged $2 without them saying a word about the charge. Justin overall unpleasant experience.

I ordered a veggie chimichanga and two kids' portions of mac and cheese with fries through Uber Eats. Everything was okay except for the fries. I know that fries can get cold by the time they are delivered to me, but these fries were probably cooked who knows when, most likely this morning, and sent to my kids around 4 pm. This is really embarrassing what you serve under the kids' menu. The fries were tough, definitely not freshly cooked.
Unfortunately, I don't have the option to order from Salsa in Durbin where I always eat and have never had any problems.

1st time here and it was a super disappointment. Arrachera taco was the worst taco I've ever tasted. Meat was super burnt and canned garlic was not even cooked. The birria quesadikkas was not even quesadillas, and not even fresh. You could tell food is pre-made and just heated on a microwave.
The food was bad, but even worst was the service. Nobody asked about the food, after a long time, I just asked for the check, was asked if everything was OK, tell the waitress it was not, and she just said and I quote "Uhum, Aham, Ujum!" And left. When she came back, I told her that I did not wanted nothing, no discount, no free food, but at least I was expecting a better reaction and she told me and I quote "Que quieres q haga"? I just paid and legt.
Please avoid this place. Food is not fresh, not good and the service is done by people that do not have any knowlegde of the service industry.
Evitar rste lugar, hay muchos mil veces mejores con meseros q no son malos como los de aqui. .

Ordered Mojarra frita but its soo bland, i thought its seasoned at least salt pepper garlic etc So dissapointed. They forgot my tre leches.

This place is so good. Best burrito I’ve had and enchilada here in Jacksonville. I’ve been to other Mexican joints and they don’t come close. My new spot from here on out.

This was the worst food I have ever eaten, the steak for the steak fajitas had so much fat and gristle. It was not edible. First and last time there.

Started charging 18 percent which is ridiculous!! With out even telling the customers there wait staff always messes up my food. Will never eat there again

Food came out quick and fresh, but it was very bland. Quite expensive. 1 entree + 1 margarita was $40. No drink specials on a Friday evening??? It was very underwhelming.

Please tell your staff to alert parties that there is a mandatory 18% extra charge for parties of 6 or more and not hide it on the bottom of your menu and spring it at the end.

The food was great. Very tasty! Recommend anything with that red sauce. Portions were awesome for leftovers.

Booths upholstery was cracked and sticky.
