Quick service, good food. No complaints.
My family and I came in while waiting to check our bags for our flight. This was not a very good experience. The had no juice other than lemonade and then they didn’t have that. They just had pop to offer which my son does not like or drink. They told us all the issues were due to them closing soon.I would not stop back in.
Flight delayed..could'nt get through the gate until after 8:15...went in to sam snead at jax airport for a glass of wine...bartender immediately told me I had 7 mins....which was fun....but then he told me I had to leave at 740 even though he was still cleaning up...slammed a refrigerator food...very rude..obviously doesn't like his job
The ambiance is okay. ...There a portion of roof need to fix and outside chair cushion needs to replace. But other than that it was nice. ... Large Bar and lots of table and chairs. ...The price is about more or less $ 20. The food was good and large portions. ...The service was friendly. We had a good lunch inside the airport. ...
Poor service, people don’t care about you. Every day they do their best to disappoint costumers. The kitchen is also much to slow. Avoid these kinds of restaurants, it’s no fun.
nice place to think about business. really nothing but good experiences here. prices are reasonable i would say. ambience is similar to fresno's scene.
Both waitress and food were wonderful! And free putting!
I travel to Jacksonville frequently to visit my sister, and this is always the first stop off the plane. My sissy waits for me here while enjoying a few beers, and I meet her here. We sit at the bar and have an adult beverage or two and a snack while we wait for my luggage to begin to spin on the carousel in baggage claim. Good beer and beverages, and a menu of bar food -- salads, sandwiches, burgers, etc. Everything I have tried has been pretty good. Service can be hit or miss depending on how busy they are.
Nachos for dinner..$12 is a joke looks like my kid made it.
Food is good, atmosphere too. Prices, not bad. But, only one server and she was having a day. Took awhile to be waited on and then she didn't get things right. Forgot my wine, mustard. When in an airport quick service is sometimes needed and not having to look for your wait staff.

Bloody Mary did not taste right at all. Turkey sandwich would have made Subway cry. Service was good though. Pricey, but expected in an airport.
Came here for a friends arrival and departure being the only full surface restaurant. Bartender was not friendly and felt she didnt want to even come to the end of the bar. Asking if we were ok as running away. Nachos were horrible, basically a broken up hamburger party placed on tops of over-cooked tortilla chips.
Just not that good given the prices. . Nothing exciting about the food. . Not the flavor, not the selection. . Nothing
Fries are never fully cooked. Chicken quesadillas are really just cheese, tortilla and grease. Way over priced for the little amount they give. Last but not least, the employees treat other airport employees poorly.
Fool was served hot, ample portion sizes The Dubliner was delicious. They also have sweet iced tea. Our server Audrey was outstanding!
