WORST LOYALTY PROGRAM EVERPerson in front of us got a Small Dipped Cone $4.15, girl asked if he wanted a ‘rewards card’ and gave him one punch. My family rolls-up, six items $34 … girls asks if I want a ‘rewards card’ … and gave me one punch. I asked why only one punch and she said, it’s for each ‘purchase’ not ‘item’. So just handed back the card (eye roll) and said, so much for ‘loyalty’. By the math, they mean individual would spend $41.50 to get a “free” loyalty cone. I would need to spend $340 …There is another place in town that goes by each item. So, we’ll be going there instead.Also, I realize that $340 for ice cream is insanely stupid. Please Note: We don’t go THAT often, maybe (maybe) once every other month … maybe. But still, this program provides basically zero incentive to drive business. Why even bother? (Even at $41.50 it’s still stupid for the buyer considering actual profit margin per swirl).Overall - One Star (all bc of the program)Atmosphere - Two Stars (it’s a walk-up)Service - One Star (worker was snarky)Food - Three Stars (same basic product as Conies, Whits, Costco - it’s just ice cream, and the ‘milk shakes’ weren’t really milk shakes, basically soft severe in a cup)

Nice and friendly people. It seems like all of the seating is on benches out in front of the order window. In my opinion it's too hot to enjoy in the summer (which is 6 months out of the year here). We recently went on a weeknight in late October, so the weather was nice. If they could get covered seating with some fans it would be a better experience in the hotter months, but they are very limited on space because of the area.

A cute lil ice cream shop in San Marco. Came here for a sweet end to the night with my friend/coworker because I can never say no to dessert, especially if it's ice cream. This shop made me feel like I was in an old school movie in a quaint town, which matches the vibes of San Marco for me. They serve soft serve with some cool toppings & dips to match. I got a classic soft serve cone but had it dipped in Birthday Cake because I've never seen that type of dip before! It tasted exactly like birthday cake and did not disappoint. It was a warm summer night so we had to enjoy it fast! A great spot for a sweet treat if you're in the area!
