Sushi is always fresh, food is always hot and delicious. Staff are diligent, efficient with large crowds and always remain friendly. I love enjoying Sarku for lunch!

They charge for extra meat and don’t really give extra meat . So I complained one day now ever since I have been back they give me less meat every time ! I feel like this is so unprofessional! It’s not like I was screaming or being rude just asked why the portion was small when I paid for extra . Makes me feel like they are acting like Chipotle.

Great food just the service made me feel uncle. I had a call in order I paid for and they wanted me to confirm it like I was trying to steal from them just really annoying having to pay money and people treat you like you don’t

I love this place. I drive about 30 minutes to get the amazing Japanese teriyaki chicken with noodles and steamed rice mixed vegetables and tons of teriyaki chicken. The portion size is unbelievably huge. Totally get your money's worth.. super friendly staff. Gilbert the manager and Miguel always greet me with a smile and a thumbs up. Way to go guys. Best value for Japanese teriyaki.

Sarku is ripping you off! They send you deals and then don’t honor them. I drove all the way over here 30 min because I received a text and notification from Sarku about a buy one teriyaki meal get the second meal free. You had to get it on the app only. The app conveniently is being extremely slow and not working properly. I can see the offer in my app. It won’t let me continue with my order and I spent 30 min trying to order it. Didn’t work so I went inside. I asked the lady working the counter if she could honor it since it’s not working on the app she said no.. I show her the offer on my app and that it’s not working and she gets another guy to come over. this guy tells me the same thing and they BOTH shrug their shoulders at me and say “it’s not my problem”…….well it’s not MY problem either. The lady had a lot of attitude sitting there acting like she was being bothered and shrugging her shoulders and shaking her head like she couldn’t care any less. Then she hands me a phone and it’s her manager….who ALSO said “it’s not his problem….” I didn’t get anything and I will never be back. I just wasted an hour and a half of my time for nothing. Terrible way to do business and treat your regular customers. None of my family will be back since your company clearly sends deals out just to get you there and mysteriously they “never work” what a rip off.
And to the younger girl working the counter today your attitude is diabolical girl you need a different job that isn’t service related. ✌️

This place is located inside the Avenues Mall in the food court area. There's always a line there, but it goes by quickly. Be sure to get the teriyaki chicken combo meal. It's worth it for value. Also, get the half fried rice and half noodles. It's a little upcharge that we weren't told about, but it's a mountain of food. We went here because my mom that came from the west coast to visit said this place was one of her favorite places when she used to live here. She said there was something similar on the West Coast but wasn't the same nor worth the effort to drive there. Flew 3000 miles just to eat Sarku Japan. Learned something new today for sure
