The old woman who works the counter and the old guy who warms up the pizza are horrendous. They were so rude and were talking about me right in front of me after I got my pizza. The guy yelled at me because he couldn't hear me (another customer even commented because the guy was that rude) and the old woman was nasty from the time I walked up to the counter. Maybe that's why Sbarro is a dying franchise with that standard for employees.

The pizzas looked dry, so I tried the sausage. It was okay. Goodness, just do better team. We offer a service, so do just that … offer the service. No need for a comment card, as I’m just done!

$7 per slice of cold pizza…$6 water and the guy didn’t even know what he was doing. Acted like he was doing me a favor…0 service… food tasted like frozen pizza. Was not NY style One slice thin and sloppy while other is thick and barely any sauce. Waste of money and never returning.To the franchise owner… I normally don’t write reviews so imagine how annoying this was to experience. Please don’t bother replying with a corporate “canned” copy/paste response… if you cared about your business, you would have stepped up a long time ago based on these reviews alone… You should know better and take ownership of your business feedback, then tell people to fill out something else/comment card… your lazy ownership/management is clearly reflected on how it’s run… you are literally burning your investment $$$. SMH.

I work at the airport and every time I stop by they have less than one pizza. Usually only cheese. It’s run horribly and the employees don’t seem to care. Passengers take a look and don’t even bother. It’s never busy there even.

The food was the fine. The employees were not. An old woman working here was extremely rude to pretty much every customer that managed to get served. The employees dissappear for lengths of time. She was also coughing all over the food. It was very unsanitary. This place should just be closed. This is coming from someone with years years of restaurant experience.

Sbarro located at 2400 Yankee Clipper Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32218 in the Jacksonville. International airport has very good pizza though the slice I got was not very hot. I had them reheat it and it still was not very hot. But it was quick and did the job! $7 for a slice with a topping isn’t bad for an Airport!

Had a wonderful experience here during my travels. The two ladies working were phenomenal. I had a slice of sausage pizza and it was delicious. I'm a huge Sbarro stromboli fan and was sad they didn't have any but it's fine. It's not a huge airport so probably doesn't get a lot of customers.Both employees were extremely polite, friendly, and enjoyable to talk to. One the ladies is a Navy Vet. Thank you madam for your service. The other young lady looked college aged and was amazing as well.Wish this establishment was on the other side of TSA so I don't have to be a traveler to enjoy the service.

Great service. The people working there looked out for me and every other customer. Made sure the pizzas were hot and had all the necessary stuff with it.
Vegetarian options: Cheese and Vegetable pizza options available as well as Spinach and Cheese options for Stromi.
