I used for years, but in South Florida and North Florida. however the driver I had in N FL passed away and from then on they could not keep a driver in my area. And if there was a driver, he could not find my neighborhood EVER. I quit. Also I thought they went out of business or changed to Yelloh. Don't know don't care. Loved their food but service was more than poor.
Delivery too expensive
Great home delivery food service.
They delivered to wrong address. Next day they change delivery time to another day. Then that day they never delivered it.
Apparently not as good as they once we're.Did not go with them.
I have used this service in the past. Their Food is Chef Quality and the Quantity for the Economical Fee is Amazing. And they even took EBT on already prepared meals .
This is the worst place to get anything from! Delivery is never on time and it takes 3 or 4 months to get anything from them! To be an customer over 30yrs I will never get anything from them again! (THERE IS ALWAYS WALMART) Schwans is horrible place to order from!
My first order of meats,fish and ice cream is fantastic! Great taste,tender meat and very flavorful. Southern biscuits, Yummy! Ice creams super good. I'll be reodering more foods. GREAT SURVICE,
I am an Officer in the US Army deployed oversees and attempted to order food from Shwan's for my wife and 5 kids in Jacksonville so they would not have to risk going out during the COVID pandemic. My wife placed a considerable order of $500 online of food that was listed as "available" on Mar 8th, with delivery of Mar 10th. Mar 10th came and went and no food was delivered despite multiple siting's of Schwan's trucks in our neighborhood. When my wife called the customer service line (888 Schwan's) to inquire, she was treated rudely and given an excuse that due to the coronavirus, deliveries were running late. Understanding the issue, my wife then asked when the food would be delivered. The Schwan's rep moved the order to UPS delivery to "guarantee" delivery by Friday, Mar 13. On Monday, Mar 16 after no delivery was received, my wife again spoke to a less the respectful customer service rep who explained that the delivery drivers were having issues still and when my wife reminded them that the order was supposed to be by UPS, they became even less polite but "guaranteed" UPS delivery by Friday, 20 March. This cycle continued until on Friday, April 1st I was able to speak to my wife and she told me that not only was the food never delivered but that she was treated so badly by the people at Scwan's that doesn't want the food from them anyway. I was in disbelief that a national company was so incompetent and that they would be still be in business if they treated customer as my wife had described, so I called myself. EVERYTHING my wife had described was exactly correct. I talked to a very disrespectful, indignant and even belligerent service rep named Alex who again gave some lame excuse about the delivery driver issues but when I reminded him that my order was a mail order supposed to be shipped via UPS, he then just started talking over me. When I asked to speak to a supervisor at first he said none were available then when I offered to wait, he told me I was not the person on the account so I couldn't speak to anyone. My wife and I understand issues related related to COVID and that companies are mitigating risks with employees and customers. In these hard time, we try to support local businesses and are doing our part she in the community and me for the country. I do not understand, disrespect or will not tolerate disrespect to me and/or especially my family by companies that we try to support. I decided to give Schwan's a try since I wanted to be smart about staying home during these difficult times. The products I tried were outstanding and of great value. Delivery was on time and very courteous . I will be using them again, even after I am "free to move about" once again.

As a driver it's great, really fast getting to start unloading.parking is small though
I've never used your catering service but everytime I see your van I crack up because it reminds me of the German slang word "Schwanz".
