I have been here a few times and every single time I am absolutely disgusted at the way the “manager” treats her employees, I’ve seen her walk behind servers to their tables and then talk crap about them to their customers after they leave, heard several nasty comments from her about servers to other servers, she is absolutely disgusting, and I have also smelled an odor coming from her. I think the owner has some cleaning house to do, will not be back if that’s the kind of help that they enlist for the place. Gross.

The place looks clean but the plates are not clean. I was served my meal on a dirty plate with a black circle rim in the middle of my omelette and has browns and there was also grease on it and fingerprints. Disgusting. Told the waitress whence I was served the meal and she came back with it on a clean plate. Was the food re-made after touching the dirty plate? Probably not. Had a couple bites after getting the new plate and was turned off by the previous dirty plate. Health hazard. Won’t be back.

As a couple we were told there would be a wait , however a couple of other race arrived and was told there would only be a 3-5 minute wait and was seated before us and by name … we were offered seats 7-10 minutes after them … nicely declined

Went to have breakfast at Scramblers 1st visit. The food was delicious, had pancakes, eggs & bacon. The bacon wasn't the best. Our server, he made sure we were satisfied.

I had a bad experience previously ordering to go and having to wait extensively and the front staff was dismissive. I went again this morning to give it another try. I waited over an hour to get my food and when I did, it was cold, apparently it got put somewhere and the staff couldn’t find it. I asked them to warm it up which made it chewy and she didn’t bother with my English muffin! Completely done with this place. The girls upfront were amazing this time; however definitely not worth over an hour wait.

Greatness Walks
First, I would like to apologize to my waitress. She had to deal with a table in our section that was full of Karens. You could tell that she wasn't having the best day but she did everything she could to please those people and they still managed to complain to the manager and get a free meal. We hope that he day got better. Second, the food was good. I had the classic and it was delicious. I be going there again soon!

The food is amazing and our server today was “Amy” and she was the sweetest and she was just great, it was only me and my grandma so it was $42 including our sides and drinks. And thank you Amy!!

shouldn't sell food through delivery app, food was cold even when I paid for express delivery.
my surfs up was incorrect, it say's it comes with 2 sides, i asked for loaded hash browns & hash browns, paid extra for loaded-didn't get them
second dish stuffed french toast w fruit, cold no syrup-who sells french toast and doesn't provide syrup???
the food is tasty but that's over shadowed by incorrect, cold, missing condiments & incorrect order
delivery driver didn't help by not knowing where to go and not speaking english (received several text in spanish, i don't speak spanish)
