Food is delicious!! This place was most wonderful ! The food is very fresh ! Hot out the oil ! BLESSED FOR A SUNDAY MEAL especially after church. Jessie and Christy were absolutely amazing! They were absolutely hospitable ! I will be back and I’m suggesting this place to everyone ! Thanks again to Jessie and Christy AMAZING SERVICE !

I came for the shrimp special but, I stayed for Cassidee! She did an amazing job handling the long line with ease and finesse. Her attention to detail with our order was spectacular. This is the type of service I appreciate and desire. Dante the busboy was also exquisite. To the owner: please don’t take employees like them for granted or lightly. Let them know out loud and often they are rockstars!

After being a very frequent customer, I had an unfortunate experience with Jesse. He doesn’t think the importance of pronouncing ethnic names is very important as long as you know his name. He called to inform me they don’t have clams for my order but refused to listen to the pronunciation of my name. After I pronounced it for him he stated, “yea, that.” Then when I gave him the option of Ms. Smith he refused to address me by my last name and proceed to say, “like I said my name is Jesse. I told him he could cancel the order since they didn’t have what I wanted anyway. He went on to tell me I should cancel the uber eats order because he can’t. At which point, I stated, you can cancel it because it’s his issue and I disconnected the call. Why would I pay a fee to cancel an order that they couldn’t fill and they have the capability of canceling it themselves. Lost a customer. A persons name makes them an individual worthy of the respect of pronouncing it, far more important than ego.

My go-to for seafood when visiting Jax. People are great and help you navigate all the menu options. They've often helped me save money by suggesting a version I didn't know that included what I was looking for. Everything is really tasty. Love the blackened fish.

I was really disappointed with my order. The fries had no salt and still had potato skins, plus there wasn’t enough cheese. The shrimp tasted like something straight out of the freezer section, and for the price, the food just wasn’t worth it. Overall, it was overpriced for mediocre food.

Food was good, I went on the day they had their 30 pc for I think it's 12.99. Everything was delicious they were busy but it didn't take too long. I have been coming here for years and they don't disappoint. I highly recommend them. They have that 30 pc shrimp special on the 15th and 30th of every month. Check them out!!

I ordered the lunch seafood trio, and I am so disappointed. Three shrimp and the tiniest 3 oysters I have ever seen, and a small peice of fish. Honestly the food tasted average but to spend $20;and get next to nothing is unacceptable. Then to open my cole slaw to see it was not fresh and even discolored.It obviously went in the traah. I won't be back and will not recommend.

I'm an over the road truck driver, and I would like to say thank you for being nice and having a great attitude. I never tried Gator Tail, and the nice lady in the back gave me a sample to try. I was sold! It tastes so delicious!!!!! I got the gator tail and shrimp combo. I'm in love with this place.

Ask for lemon pepper I got a bunch of lemon pepper on the bottom of my plate. Wings taste like they had no seasoning they charge me three dollars for a bucket of sauce. Macaroni cheese is not taste. Homemade taste generic after someone told me it was pretty good fries were the only thing that was good Drink was three dollars and some change way over price customer service excellent atmosphere is the bomb food is just not that great
