Was passing through Waterford yesterday and picked up a white and wholemeal sourdough in the Larder. One of the nicest sourdoughs i have had in a while.

Yesterday we had Spicy Mexican Black Bean Soup... with salsa... like a meal in itself ... so tasty ..and the Vegan sandwich.. i'm not a vegan but it was absolutely fabulous..as for the pastries and coffee... they speak for themselves

This is the best bakery I've ever come across. Your coffee is perfect and your sourdough bread is INCREDIBLE, I've been eating it every day since Christmas. You're bread was a big feature in our house for the festivities. I'm from Tramore but living in Dundalk, so you guys have given me a problem, I'm going to need to get a bigger freezer to store all the bread I take back from my visits. Seriously guys, your bread makes me very happy!!!

Just went to the newly opened Seagull bakery on Main Street Tramore and bought a loaf of the wholemeal sourdough 'real' bread which I have to say is absolutely gorgeous . With such a great variety of different breads I can't wait to go back and try the seaweed sour dough !! Oh and did I mention they have the best coffee in the town ? Absolutely gorgeous !! What a great addition to tramore .. bringing the old skool back !!
