2nd time my wife and I have gone to this restaurant (last time was during their May seasonal menu). Both times were to commemorate an occasion and both times were excellent! I can't stress enough how pleasant the dining experience was from start to finish. You can go casual, but I think it is an atmosphere deserving of a bit more formality. Our server was attentive, and fulfilled our requests with a professional demeanor. Izzy helped us with wine choices, explained the season exclusive dishes, and was able to get us a celebratory dessert for my wife's birthday. It goes without saying the food was AMAZING! Flavors, presentation, temperature, and pairings were on point. Highly recommended for date night <3 will definitely be back.

We had an amazing experience at Seasons 52, and a huge part of that was our server, Kaitlyn. She was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. She made great recommendations and checked in at all the right times, which really elevated our meal.
Also, the Kona crusted lamb loin is absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and honestly one of the best dishes we’ve had there.
Between the incredible food and Kaitlyn’s outstanding service, this was a five-star experience all around. We’ll definitely be back!

Celebrated my boyfriends birthday dinner 11 of us total. Food was amazing staff incredible. I do have to give a big shout out to our server Annie who was top notch. She did the most incredible job taking care of us and would highly recommend requesting her for your occasion she will not disappoint. Tell her Renee said to adk for her
Order stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer and the salmon for the meal. The mushrooms were kinda dry. The shrimp came off so we had to eat them separately, but they tasted good. The salmon meal was good. The mama asked about the food so I gave her my honest opinion. The salmon was good, but kinda undone by the skin. The potatoes were good, but the bigger ones could have been cooked a little longer. I would most definitely good back, but I would order some different. The atmosphere was very nice. Quiet even with a lot of kids seated near us.

Unfortunately had to update a prior 5 star review, as when I returned from vacation, discovered their staff added an additional gratuity to my debit card after I left a significant cash tip. Very disappointing considering the food and atmosphere (and service for that matter) were great in the moment.

We booked a table in advance for a large group. Two adults and two children arrived approximately 20 minutes late; however, their dinner orders had already been placed by family members who were seated inside. They arrived before drinks were even served.
Upon their arrival, the manager on duty was extremely rude, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. Despite being informed that the orders had already been placed, he dismissed what we were saying, made a “go away” gesture, and sarcastically stated—very rudely—that we could “only have coffee and dessert at the bar.”
This interaction was humiliating and completely unnecessary. Everyone in our party felt disrespected by his tone and behavior. What truly ruined the experience was the manager’s attitude—sarcastic, dismissive, and hostile.
The servers also appeared overwhelmed and understaffed, and their professionalism reflected the poor leadership on display. When management sets such a negative example, it’s no surprise the service suffers. The food itself was average at best and nothing memorable.
With the food industry flourishing in Jacksonville and customer satisfaction being key, this level of service is unacceptable. We will not be returning and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. We strongly recommend serious customer service training and coaching for the lead management at this location.
