Overall good food. Portions are abundant. Service is fair. Taste is good.
Services was terrible. I’m a patient person and when the server apologized for running behind we said it was okay because it really was. Then it never stopped and he was gone for longer and longer and there was no one else in the restaurant but a few guys at the bar! He would forget what we asked for, never return, took our money and was gone for 25 minutes and there was no one else around as I previously mentioned. We joked about how we probably got robbed. When he finally came back, he forgot our box and shorted our change!
When we were walking out, we were so exhausted and frustrated by the experience and still talking about it when we walked right passed the manager. Found out she was the manager when she sarcastically snapped back, “thank you for coming in!” and in a really nasty tone.
The food was mediocre. We had ordered to go one time prior to this and were obsessed with a steak salad. When we went in to dine in it was nothing like it was before and they gave us the smallest portion of meat. Asked the server if we could pay extra for more meat and he left and never returned until our dishes were out! When we asked how much the extra charge would be he said it would have been doubled based on the meal price so he decided we wouldn’t want the double meat. Never communicated with us and made decisions for us.
We will never return.
Shite beer. Flat and no life in it.
Beer was blah, shuffle board table was off and the bathroom smelled of cat pea. Toilets had brown rings around them with mold at the top of the sinks…. Yuck!
The food was ok. The service was terrible. It will not be a place we will return for date night.
Have been here a few times over the last 2 years and each time the food gets worse. I had the jambalaya this time and it came in a pool of water - clearly was frozen then reheated in a microwave. There beer selection get smaller and smaller with every visit. The server told me they are transitioning from the in-house craft beers to all domestic beers. It's sad at best. This will be my last time at this place
Steak no good for the price. First and last.
House beer a little flat lacking depth.
The bathroom floor was disgusting! My shoes stuck to the floor. Health department should be checking it out. The food was good, but based on the floor it made me wonder about the cleanliness of the kitchen.
Great happy hour if you're sitting in the right spot! The happy hour deals are amazing but ONLY available at the bar area. Not outside, not in the dining room. Check yourself before you order and double check your bill.

A group of us went together and everyone agreed that the food was subpar; however, the service was spectacular. If it wasn't for the service, I would've rated them a 3.

First time trying this place. We have a 7 month old baby, so arrived about 6:20 .. by 7:30 still no food so had to request our food to go. Waitress was horrible, no personality, didn't ask what sides we wanted, also never came back to re fill our drinks. The atmosphere was pretty neat so we tried to make it through. Finally got food to go, I got the sirloin and he got the ribeye. My steak was so tough, couldn't even slice it or chew it. His ribeye tasted like too much lighter fluid on the grill. Potato's and green beans way toooooo garlicky.
We got home and made dinner because this was like terrible.
Bill was $92 before tip... I wouldn't waste your money.

OMG . . . I just saw the review for one of your bartenders (Candace Zambrana ). How ironic she has been rude to me and my friends several times over the past few years. I did bring up the issues with Management, but I got the impression they really didn’t care about how their customers felt about the experience they had at your establishment. Seven Bridges would be a nice local bar if Candace was given etiquette lessons or replaced and management took to heart the complaints they receive and actually did something about them.

I can't believe bartender Candice Zambrana is still at Seven Bridges after all the complaints online and to management from us & several patrons. She is so rude, disrespectful to the patrons, and uses bad language. She has run off customers with her attitude, acts like she doesn't want to be there. She throws tantrums at the bar, breaking glasses so often. We have been coming there for years and now have decided not to come back because her energy is so negative.

Items on menu that they do not carry. Items on menu out of stock. Steak chewy and tasted burnt, no sides to go with steak, no apologies, manager took $4 off bill. Never coming back. Do not waste your time or money. They need a new operations manager to teach customer service and the order of operations on how to run and operate a restaurant. Worst $80 ever spent.
