I had the Fish and Grits Ave everything was soooo hot she fresh!

Chicken sandwich was so hard I couldn’t eat it. I was the only person in the drive thru. I understand chicken takes time to cook but this was overcooked.

The price was awful! 😞 I got better food at Golden Corral 🤤
Grits was runny with the little rock in them, the sausage looked like the split it down the middle and warmed it up in the microwave, the eggs was very good.
Cheaper to eat at Golden Corral too

Well, I cannot believe what I witnessed while I was here this morning getting my breakfast. Your employee cussing out an older lady looks like she’s trying to deliver food/supplies. I didn’t really see her cuss him out. I know she said a few things to him cause I overheard it, trying to defend herself, but he treated her very poorly. Definitely not like a man should be treating a woman. I hope your employee is happy with himself. I will never step foot in this establishment again.

This morning me and my daughter went to this place and got some french fries. Every other morning the cashier ask me do I want seasoning on my fries sometimes I say yes sometimes I say no. This morning was a yes morning but she never asked me. So I initiated and told her I want seasoning on the fries please. She tell me it's in the lobby. I go in the lobby the seasoning she talking about top is filled with seasoning so it won't come out. I expressed that to her and she then wanted to use the one behind the counter. Here's my thing why didn't you do that from the beginning that would have saved so much time and me saying something to you. I don't know what's going on now a days but y'all customer service is terrible. Y'all hire these young people and they have no idea about what good customer service is. Let me have been behind the counter and a customer told me he or she wanted seasoning I'm just going to throw it on there because I'm at work this what I signed up to do. The problem is they don't want to be told what to do but you at work I didn't disrespect her I asked and ended it off with please when I really don't have to ask when I'm spending my hard earned money. I wasn't going to do a review but the experience impacted my morning negatively. It's hard for me to rap my mind around I go and spend my money to get terrible service. I minds well start getting up earlier and frie my own french fries and save $5.01 in the morning.

1st time ever here. Nice place. Very clean. Great fast service. I got the Roastbeef and Swiss combo. It was delicious and perfectly seasoned. Will come again!

They cannot get orders correct. My mom ordered steak in a sac, got a steak sub instead. Tried to take it back, they said come back the next day to talk to manager. Went back the next day and didn’t want to give full refund. So my mom asked could she get a burger with no mayo instead and get the difference back. Got home: sandwich lathered in mayo and what appeared to be SPIT in the burger. Went back and raised hell and still didn’t get refund. Visit at your own risk. And pls check and double check your food before leaving, whether you are eating in or going through drive thru.

Hamburger had no taste! Mostly bread- meat was not desirable. Don’t waste your money here at Callahan store.
