My daughter’s birthday was coming up, and on that same day my wife and I had parted ways. It was a tough moment, but I remember stopping by Shipley Do-Nuts, and the small kindness from the staff and the simple comfort of good food helped more than they probably realized.

Donuts are good. I come here for coffee and every other day it is a different price and I have to correct them. Today I order my coffee and it’s wrong so I tell the girl and they remake and charge me again, I asked her why the charge and she didn’t respond I’m like…hello why would I pay again when you made the coffee wrong and she responds “I DONT KNOW” while her earbud is hanging out of her ear…incompetent.

First time I have been to Shipleys as I am normally a crispy Kreme kind of guy when they’re hot. This location may change my orientation. Lori/Laurie was the server/cashier and just absolutely delightful. She gave me a really good deal on the coffee and donuts And very pleasant personality. Also very efficient I will be back.

Customer Service 5 Stars Donuts the day I went in 2 stars. Sadly I couldn't even get through the taste of two of them one of which was a standard glaze that tasted as if it were cooked in badly burnt oil. Atmosphere 3 stars.
I'd definitely give them a try again. When the establishment first opened they were 5 stars across the board.
I'd love to give them another chance as the staff was great. Friendly and helpful on my visits.
