I don’t usually write reviews, however, my service was spectacular. Abigale was so kind and sweet! It was my first time stopping by, and she instantly greeted me with her infectious smile and was beyond helpful, answering all of my questions thoroughly. She explained to me that all of the donuts are made fresh daily without preservatives, which sets Shipley’s apart from other donut shops. Ordered two dozen donuts for my grandson’s birthday online, and it was so easy to do. When my daughter picked up the donuts at the stated time, she was welcomed by a smiling lady, who said that the donuts were ready and fresh out of the oven. Because there are no preservatives in Shipley’s donuts, they can not keep the inventory that was not picked up/sold for the day, and offered “on the house” another two dozen donuts for the birthday celebration. That was so very thoughtful...

The donuts are not bad but not great. The service and atmosphere leaves a little to be desired. The staff were arguing in the back well customers were waiting at the counter. When they came up front they were friendly and helpful. Just didn’t not look good.
