So happy i discovered Shrimp To Shore. I live in fernandina and they offer delivery so i gave it a try. When i say these are the freshest shrimp, ever!!! Speedy fast delivery too. Customer service was amazing. I will be ordering oysters and crab next!!

Unfortunately, this place is a total scam. I placed an order on 6/8/2023 which was supposed to be delivered next day air. Here we are on 8/13/23 and nothing has showed up. The phone number for customer service goes right to voicemail and no one calls back. No one replies to email inquiries, and no one replied to the messenger app on their website. The website itself is now down and tracking isn't available. Looks like that's $127 that Ill never get back.

If I could give zero stars I would. Order never arrived but credit card was charged. Via chat I was told no order existed, although I have receipt with order number and charge. Won’t return calls. Filed credit card fraud. Now their site is down.I’m filing better business bureau report.

I paid for special shrimp to be delivered to my house today and they were never delivered. I couldn't get in touched with anyone at their phone number listed due to their mailbox was full. But you can bet their got my money. Terrible!

BEWARE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING. I ordered and they never showed up on delivery date. After not being able to contact anyone for almost a week. They contacted me saying they need $40 more for shipping. At that point I asked for a refund. Then a couple weeks later they show up at my door. Not kept at proper temperature and stunk. Also lot of them were rotten and mushy. Ended up throwing them out and never got my money back. Added 2 pictures of the garbage they sent me.
