Unfortunately, this place is a total scam. I placed an order on 6/8/2023 which was supposed to be delivered next day air. Here we are on 8/13/23 and nothing has showed up. The phone number for customer service goes right to voicemail and no one calls back. No one replies to email inquiries, and no one replied to the messenger app on their website. The website itself is now down and tracking isn't available. Looks like that's $127 that Ill never get back.

If I could give zero stars I would. Order never arrived but credit card was charged. Via chat I was told no order existed, although I have receipt with order number and charge. Won’t return calls. Filed credit card fraud. Now their site is down.I’m filing better business bureau report.

BEWARE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING. I ordered and they never showed up on delivery date. After not being able to contact anyone for almost a week. They contacted me saying they need $40 more for shipping. At that point I asked for a refund. Then a couple weeks later they show up at my door. Not kept at proper temperature and stunk. Also lot of them were rotten and mushy. Ended up throwing them out and never got my money back. Added 2 pictures of the garbage they sent me.

They don't tell you it's delivery only. Went to the address they give. Didn't have anything but white shrimp. But advertising Rock shrimp at dock. Placed an order they said they would be there 4:30-6:30.…No one showed up. Their phone you can't get a hold of them mailbox is full. They reply to your email once an that's it. I kept sending one please reply let me know you still coming Nothing. I waited 2 hours an they didn't show up. They lost a big order 10# royal reds an a customer ????

We place an order about two weeks ago for a 75 person low country boil for the past Saturday. We never got a confirmation or any sort of delivery update the day came and went. We tried to call several times and no one answered and the voicemail was full. We also tried to contact them on Facebook as well as text messages we finally gave up and went to safe Harbor seafood instead I would definitely not depend on this company for anything.

Contacted them on the website chat function on May 8 and was told my order was being fulfilled that day, still no delivery, no responses from my multiple inquires since..... I have asked for a refund, no response. DO NOT order from this business.UPDATE: I received a full refund for my order …. I will still take my business elsewhere.

Fraudulent company..Took money, never sent product..Will not return any phone calls, emails, or chats through out their website. They don't even answer phone calls, goes right to voicemail. I should of read the reviews prior to ordering. Apparently a lot of people have experienced this too.

Ordered in September I believe. It's been so long at this point I don't remember exactly. Well, I still haven't received my order (April now). They flip flop customer service contacts but I think that is part of the scam. I asked for the ordered to be fullfilled and they responded that what I ordered wasn't available anymore. Then I requested a refund. They indicated the refund was processed and would take 7-9 business days. Well it's been at least 2 months now and still no refund. I bet their physical locations are ok but their online ordering is one of the worst I have ever experienced and I order online from a lot of different places. If you're local go for it. If you are getting anything shipped.... beware
