We stop in before our flight after a cruise. We found a table quickly.
Service was mid. Clean tables.
Food arrived hot and flavorful! The steak was juicy and tender. The shrimp was also juicy and a good size. The dipping sauce for the shrimp was amazing!!!! Sweet potato fries were perfectly crisped. Coleslaw was fresh.
I know, this is airport food and the reviews here aren’t the best. However, our food experience was memorable in the best way, but the service staff could definitely use a makeover and a reminder that they are the face of the company they repp. A smile and greeting would go a long way!

Was hobbled with back issues so needed to find a spot for breakfast that I could sit down. Went in and tables were clean and selected one. Self order didn’t work so waited. Waitress came up for drink order and I asked for coffee and water. She then told me I could order in the app…
15 minutes and now coffee or water. Brought drinks to other tables but would not acknowledge me when I tried to get her attention. Good came out and I had to ask for my coffee from the other lady working. Got it and cup was stained and gross.
Food was fine. Scrambled eggs, sausage patties and potatoes. Bread was burnt Tati g and greasy from “butter.” Never got a refill on coffee even when I asked.
Overall I won’t eat here again. Waitress was terrible, inattentive, and just didn’t seem to care. If my back wasn’t hurting so bad I would have gotten up and self served coffee… wasn’t worth it.
Eat at your own risk.

They advertise the Bloody Mary. Ok, I realize this is an airport bar so it’s probably not going to be the best or cheapest drink I’ve ever had. But I ordered a Bloody Mary (for like $18.99☠️) and it wasn’t great. One of the worst I’ve ever had. So if you go here, just get a beer or something. Cocktails are not worth the price.

I was here waiting for a plane. I am a huge Dolphins fan and haven't been to a Shula's in a long time. The restaurant did not disappoint. I had a Shula burger with a Ceasars salad. The burger was the best I've had in years and very affordable. The salad was a perfect complement to the burger. My waitress was a sweetheart. I'll make sure to stop here every time I go home from Jacksonville. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Awful, awful and loud music. Who needs high pitching noise (like from a band called One Republic or natasha bedingfield) screaming from the ceiling in an already noisy airport. What is it with restaurant operators that they seem it necessary to produce noise in all circumstances. Left because of it
The chicken in my salad was very dry but I did enjoy the spring mix since they ran out of romaine. No one has come by to check that we needed more water. No one even gave us an update about the delay in our order. We had to stop staff and ask what was taking so long.

Shula's at the Jax Airport.....the waiter (middle age guy with glasses) was....well i'll just keep it short and say was "less than professional". The food quality was well below the inflated pricing. Poor food and service quality is likely because the place doesn't rely on repeat customers to stay in business...there will always be a continuous batch of possible customers at an airport. I WOULD AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

I was dining in this restaurant when I witnessed one of the wait staff being extremely rude to a group of patrons who only spoke Spanish. It is understandable that this may make taking orders and payments more challenging but there was no need for the staff member to be so incredibly rude and short with these gentleman. He even snapped at the kitchen staff member who came out to help with translation and proceeded to go to other patrons and apologized for their wait because he had to take care of some people who “Just got here two days ago”. He was pleasant in tone to Everyone else in the restaurant but seemed to think his tone didn’t matter with these patrons because they didn’t speak English. He also kept yelling at one of the gentlemen to, “sit down and stop hovering” because he was attempting to pay the check before his food arrived. The whole experience was quite cringeworthy and I felt so badly for the guys. They deserved better. And the manager told me I was just misinterpreting his intention. Intent versus impact are 2 different things. The manager pretended to scold the employee but I walked up on them talking and laughing about it. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The food is far too sub par for them to be indifferent to ANY patron. I’m sure they need all the business they can get!

Waaaaaayyyyy overpriced for what you get! (Even considering it being airport food). Food was mediocre, had a sampler for $22 with 3 shrimp, 3 raviolis, & 3 mini chicken wings. Drinks were pretty good, not worth the $20+. At least my server was nice.

Restaurantji Recommends
Ordered a standard drink, a mule, and it was $21. Shot of vodka is $11. Questioned it and they only make mules as doubles but never told us and woukdnt credit. Don't go or at least ask what the drink costs when you order.

To think that this place is a shulas restaurant is a bit disturbing. I have visited many, and their food and drinks represent the brand. This location, on the other hand, is simply subpar. We ordered two churrasco steaks and the first problem was that one was 1/3 larger than the other one. The sauce took everything away from the stake. We also ordered two cocktails, and we left them both on the table. What a shame.
Shulas is not a cheap place, so it is particularly painful to pay this bill. ($124.00)
The service was good.

The staff is great but what corporate moron had the great idea of payment by QR code. Folks are stressed out enough in airports without having to fight to pay. Get with it Shulas. You fast became somewhere I'm not visiting again. 19.00 bloody Mary and a pain to pay. No thanks.
My five stars are all for Courtney. What amazing service at a stressful time. She is the best.

Not a bad place. But not speedy for an airport restaurant.
