Shula's Bar & Grill

I ordered scrambled eggs for breakfast. They arrived overcooked, and both the sausage and potatoes were burnt. The coffee I ordered never came. For the quality of the food, the price is an insult — and the service fee is ridiculous.

Ordered a vegetable omelet and got an over cooked vegetable scramble.

October 2025:
I tried again.
Now they have coffee but no cream or creamer. The staff said they don't have a choice to order cream.
Danielle was awesome and walked to another store to get me some cream.
I ordered an omelet again... same over cooked scramble.

Overly long wait just for somebody to help me waited at least 10 minutes. Now the food was terrible burger was not seasoned and I got a side of sea salt fries but to my surprise no salt on the fries at all. I’ve been in a lot of airports and had a lot of bad airport food…. This was the worst.. burger looked like a hockey puck, sweet potato fries looked like garbage on a plate. Got sick on the plane

Big shout out to Danielle the bartender at the JAX airport. So sweet and helpful. Told me if I was hungry (I was) to scan the QR code but then proceeded to tell me I can get a breakfast sandwich if I would like. Sold! She is amazing and the breakfast sandwich and espresso martini were delicious. Keep up the great work Daniele!

This is a typical airport bar that you can find in every major airport in the US. What makes these establishments exceptional is the staff. Blake is the type of server that makes this bar great! She is efficient, attentive, personable and respectful. She treats everyone with the same friendly attitude that is literally infectious. Rafael is a cook here that can transform an appetizer of steak tips into a gourmet dish!! Honestly, it is the Blakes and Rafeals of this country that give me faith in the next generation and this country!! If Shula's management knows what it's doing, it will pamper these two exceptional individuals!!

BBQ burger came out without BBQ or bacon. Advertised thick cut bacon on menu which was just microwave bacon you’d see at a continental breakfast. Sweet potato fries were soggy and greasy. Honestly shocked that someone could look at those and actually walk them out to a customer with a straight face. I wasn’t expecting much but they managed to deliver under my expectations. Should have gotten a sub next door.

Very disappointed I ordered breakfast and coffee. Breakfast was brought to me on the top of the eggs they threw in plastic box butter and jelly seriously on the top of the meal . They forgot to give me coffee I asked nicely but I got coffee in coke cup . With very annoyed attitude. I just wanted to be served like a normal human not like to feel I’m bothering them . Mind you place wasn’t even busy but they don’t care if they come of nice and hospitable!

It's at the airport in Jacksonville so I understand the price, sort of. Ice tea and 6 overly greasy shrimp for 18.00 including tip. Which they received just for delivery service. You have to scan the barrow to get the menu, order & pay. So I did the majority of the work and she just threw it on the table and walked away. So lacking in Customer Service. Not one person greeted me. The Hostess stand had a sign to seat yourself. Cut out the middle girl and I'll just pick it up when it's ready. All she did was talk in the corner with other staff, so never even got her name. Oh well, guess you can't expect much from the airport restaurants.

The NY Strip Wrap was absolute fire. The drinks are reasonably priced for an airport restaurant and the Caesar salad was BUSSIN!!!!
