Big shout out to Danielle the bartender at the JAX airport. So sweet and helpful. Told me if I was hungry (I was) to scan the QR code but then proceeded to tell me I can get a breakfast sandwich if I would like. Sold! She is amazing and the breakfast sandwich and espresso martini were delicious. Keep up the great work Daniele!
This is a typical airport bar that you can find in every major airport in the US. What makes these establishments exceptional is the staff. Blake is the type of server that makes this bar great! She is efficient, attentive, personable and respectful. She treats everyone with the same friendly attitude that is literally infectious. It's at the airport in Jacksonville so I understand the price, sort of. Ice tea and 6 overly greasy shrimp for 18.00 including tip. Which they received just for delivery service. You have to scan the barrow to get the menu, order & pay. So I did the majority of the work and she just threw it on the table and walked away. So lacking in Customer Service.
