Our food was cold, drink was awful, service was not up to par. Very disappointing. When handed the credit card machine, server clicked on 20% for a tip, that was not earned. I will never go back!!

Wanted to try a different Mexican restaurant for taco Tuesday. Food was bland and lukewarm. Not pleased at all. Margaritas tasted like nothing but straight juice. Service was poor. Wasn’t acknowledged most of the time and had to wave down the server. All in all, would not come back. Look at other reviews as well.

I ordered a large queso and an order of churros. I show up to get my food and received a Togo plate and a little cup of queso. I asked does it not come with chips and a salsa? She said no then went to get a small bag of chips. I paid $22.55. I am livid and not only that but the chips tasted so weird like the oil was bad or something. Very disappointed and will not be going back.

Last month I went to pick up some Mexican tacos and the menu had changed everything had changed. Yes they were still serving Mexican food but they were also now heavy on the Peruvian food lots of seafood etc. it was a weird combination of offerings I ordered three tacos, beans and rice went to the salsa bar only to discover the salsa bar was no Longer. It was filled with different seafood options. Weird tacos were below average. It's totally not the same restaurant even though they kept the same name won't be back it was not very good.

Every single item I ordered was disappointing. Even my Pina coloda was mediocre. Will not come back most likely spent way too much money to be left hungry and disappointed even the desert was terrible pretty sure it was really old flan. As a persion of latina desecent I would have been more satisfied at taco bell. Food is so bland. Waste of $65.

Use to love this place, but the last three times I went I got some pretty rubbery meat. Atmosphere is fun and service is always quick, but unfortunately the food has been subpar.

The people were super nice, but the person who yook my order assumed I was dining out. I was not. She also placed a 5 star review in my stead, and didnt even offer the screen to me. ? Could be better, could be worse...

Placed a take out order, got home it was wrong. Took it back as I didn't live far away. Waited while they redid the order. Took 20 mins to make. While waiting there was no one in the place except for the music folks on the stage playing and singing AS LOUD ? AS IF THE PLACE WAS PACKED.Got home and WRONG AGAIN. We decided to eat it any way. YUCK YUCK YUCK. Taco Bell puts this place to shame for Mexican food!!!

Came to Jacksonville for the first time last New Years and my fiancé took me to this place and I have been dreaming of their California Burrito ever since! Came back again this year for New Years and it was just as good! And the staff is very friendly. 10/10

I used to love this place. I'm not always over in this part of town, so I haven't been in a bit. Went yesterday and ordered a burrito. Asked if I could have mine with carnitas, the lady taking my order said yes. Then right before she gave me the total, confirmed I said carnitas. When the food came out, it was not carnitas, but chicken. Bland and boiled chicken at that. I ate about half and took the rest home. Not even sure if I will be able to eat the rest. It just lacked flavor. Maybe it was an off day, I don't know. I will give it another try before I write them off however. As someone who grew up with authentic SoCal Mexican, this place and one or two others in Jax are as close as I can get. A positive is the salsa bar. The mild red is what is San Diegans know and love. IYKYK!
