I visited several times during a recent trip to Jacksonville. This is a great neighborhood pub where I met a lot of sweet locals and had a blast supporting my friend's art show. Queer, convival, warm and inviting are words that describe the Silver Cow. Plenty of non-alcoholic drink selections also.

We went in a little before closing and Courtney was more than happy to whip up some coffees for us. Super aesthetic coffee shop/bar with lots of seating. Prices were reasonable and the experience was very personal. Plus lots of games and activities to spend time doing with friends

The owner Amy is an absolute angel and she runs an establishment in that image… good patrons, great music, and FANTASTIC service. Queer friendly, a safe place, but also just a lovely little “hole in the wall” to escape adult life. Refreshing to see the owner of an establishment take such a hands on approach free of entitlement, you will see her doing heavy lifting but with a smile! If you are looking for good service and a place to relax then here is your spot
