So, I consider myself a pretty good judge of wings. I also consider myself a pretty devout lover of wings. Before I moved I would drive almost an hour to get good wings outside of Houston. Anyone can douse some wings in breeding, eye-watering hot sauce, and oil. It's something else to create a wing that ACTUALLY tastes good. Spicy is easy.
