Oh my goodness. This was my first time visiting with my kids, and the sweets were amazing. I personally enjoyed the red velvet cupcake and cookie. My kids really liked the strawberry cheese cake and sundea cupcakes. The cookies were soft and well-balanced. The staff were nice, but I felt like the interaction could have been better.

I recently visited Smallcakes Cupcakery and Creamy and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Despite the shop's appealing selection, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff were unaccommodating to my needs and I felt unwelcome during my visit. It’s disheartening when customer service does not match the quality of the products offered. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work on improving the overall experience for their customers.

Ok there is actually a lot to dissect here. First off, they make their own ice cream. Recommending the Red Velvet ice cream. It’s the best ice cream I have ever had EVER. I cannot stress that enough. Secondly those brownie cupcakes did not have to SLAP THAT HARD. Wow some drop dead tasty food here. Next up is the their cake. I know where my next Birthday Cake is coming from, ez. Moving on to the staff: helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. We had fun chit chatting, at least I did lol. Good hard workers, staying busy even when no customers in the store. Good team. Atmosphere: A little lacking, looking like something going on here, included some pics. Don’t come here for the chairs and tables, you come for the 100/10 food. All in all, this is a must stop and they even have treats for the puppers!! Can’t get any better than this.

Cute little shop we stumbled upon during a visit to see family. Jamie suggested a couple cupcake flavors that we ended up purchasing, and even got little dog friendly cupcakes. The cupcakes were delicious, and very creatively decorated. Next time we’re in Jax, we will definitely be coming back to see Jamie and try any new recommendations she may have.

The lady who’s the manager and works in the morning is extremely rude. When you call she’s very passive aggressive, doesn’t like to answer questions or just simply gets smart with you. I go in the store to get a cupcake weeks later and it’s the same lady with a unwelcoming attitude. I’m not really sure why she works there when she seems so unhappy the entire time. The condescending attitude alone makes the experience 0/10.

Really solid cupcakes with reasonable prices. Nothing too fancy but at ~$4 per cupcake in a pack of 6, very fair. I will return and recommend to friends and family.

Cupcakes are 10/10. Always fresh and delicious. I’m glad the owner is now aware of a customer service issue that I experienced recently. I hope it never happens again!

The staff are all very friendly. We have visited a few times, and left smiling every time. The combinations of treats are nearly endless. Not one of our family can pick an absolute favorite, because they're all so good. ? we will be back.

They need a better POS system, prompting me to tip 20+% on overpriced cupcakes for putting them in a box, while acting annoyed I’m there, is ridiculous. The cupcakes are EXPENSIVE, especially for a chain store (not even a local bakery).I mean I go regularly but every time I do I question why I’m willing to spend so much for what I’m getting.
