Great experience! Raven and Tyler gave excellent recommendations for a smoothie that met the criteria I was looking for. The frozen yogurt and blueberries added to the Angel Food smoothie made a delicious combination! And the frozen yogurt was such a nice texture addition that I plan to try it in other smoothies in the future.

I am loyal to Smoothie King- chocolate peanut power plus, and the pumpkin smoothie when available. This is my new favorite location! The store is always so clean, quick service, and he smoothies are consistently delicious and perfect. This is my new spot because of the staff. Raven is so amazing! They’re the perfect blend of professional and personable; sweet, polite and competent. Every time I go, I’m warmly welcomed and remembered, which makes me want to gone more often, and makes me feel truly valued. I recommend this location without reservation, and I hope you’re fortunate to go when Raven is working. You are the BEST!! Thank you Raven! :)
Kid-friendliness: In my experience, the staff and customers are always semi-casual, very appropriate. There are homeless in the area though, that’s prob the one thing that I’d be weary of.

Raven is exactly what the world needs!!! Oh— may I mention she was working by herself and was STILL doing so amazing despite it being a bit busy!!!

I had a coupon and decided to use it. I went in, ordered, and was out the door in under 5 minutes. The staff was friendly, the smoothie was delicious, and it was easy to get in and out. I ordered the vegan mixed berry, and I highly recommend it.

I don’t know who yall hired but there either needs to be additional training or management on staff!!! I waited twenty min for two smoothies. Multiples orders went before mine. They move slow and sloppy. I want a refund

Worst customer service ever. I made order off thier website paid 27.00 for chips and and drink. Got chips no drink. I was told not thuer problem and they refuse to refund. I call next day for manager and raven bone refused to speak with me. Non of the employees are trained to help all very rude and unhelpful. I'm gonna dispute with bank this I s ridiculous

I walked in and the employees looked at me like I was interrupting their gossip. I stood at the counter looking at the menu and they both turned their backs to me. No words of acknowledgement at all. I left.

Drove 15 mins to this location, there are not suppose to be closed until 9:00 i got there at 8:50, there had the door locked and the employees just ignored me.

Waited 45 minutes only to be yelled at by the employee. Attitudes in here are horrible. They refused to refund saying no managers on shift. Put 9 customers who came in after us before even starting on half of our order. Entire crew needs to be fired. At that only half filled our bowls. We ordered two of the dude Perfect drinks and they came out looking different. It's a standard recipe. It should always look the same. This is a horrible, horrible experience and we will not be back to this location. We ordered three smoothies and two bowls. The two bowls came out 45 minutes after the three shakes. The young black lady with the blue extensions in her hair was so disrespectful. Yelled at me repeatedly every time I asked how long this was going to take, the shorter lady was just as bad and the new guy that was being trained on bowls that wouldn't help him. It was like watching a toddler in slow motion. When I complained that it was taking so long and that we needed a refund, she said you're not getting your food anyway. And we're not returning your money then walked off into the back.
