Smoothie King

Smoothie king has always been kinda pricey but the service has seemed to really have gone down hill. They give priority to DoorDash and delivery pick up orders so often times if you go in store you’re left standing at the register while they wash dishes and prepare other orders without even acknowledging you. Also half the time my smoothie has been watered down from them pumping too much water to get the smoothie ‘unstuck’ from the blender. Consistency isn’t there. Hopefully the service improves soon, I used to love going there, and now it’s sucks.

I usually don’t encounter poor service at Smoothie King, so I wasn’t expecting this. A young Caucasian woman with short black hair made a serious mistake in my order. Instead of apologizing, she had an attitude about making the order over.

I accidentally called and immediately apologized, and the girl just hung up on me. lol. Customer service is key ladies

Marien (sp) was incredibly helpful. One of the reasons that I go to smoothie King is because I find the staff very friendly and helpful every time. I just downloaded the app and she was great with showing me how it works. She got my order on point.

Every time i walk by this store, i think about how much I miss my sister who used to be the Store Manager here years ago.

I had an issue with my Smoothie King order through Uber Eats, and when I went in person to get it sorted out, Megan (the manager) went above and beyond to make things right. She was professional, kind, and genuinely cared about fixing the situation. Her customer service is the reason Smoothie King has loyal customers like me. Megan turned a frustrating experience into a positive one. I left impressed and very thankful.

Great customer service, went in two weeks ago and a worker named Kennadi was very patient with me and my mom (as she had a difficult time remembering a certain smoothie she used to like because of her dementia). When I realized I got the order wrong as it tasted different to her, Kennadi had no problem helping us figure out what she might like and even gave a “bonus smoothie” from the extra in the cup. Workers like this are very appreciated by older folks like us. thank you Kennadi!!

There was two people in front of me and one waiting for their smoothie when I walked in. Ashley (see picture) was the only one working. She was on it! She must have been doing this for some time because she wasn't moving slow or assisting signs of confusion. She was engaged with each of us and even gave a personalized well-wishes to a regular who left. When she came to making my smoothie, she took her time to maximize getting all the goodness from her blender into my cup. I was impressed and satisfied. She gave me he permission to take her picture and give her a shout-out. Ashley - You do an amazing job. Thank you for everything. Sincerely, one of what I assume to be many happy customers.

The young man who took care of our order couldn’t have cared less. I was literally telling him it was my first time at Smoothie King and that I didn’t know what my options were, but he interrupted me to say something to his coworker, never answered my questions, and was just plain rude.

The smoothies dont taste anything lole the description expect nothing but the taste of protein powder and cardboard. Absolutely disgusting. Do better.
