Still good customer service even though there were only two people in the store

I’m a smoothie king owner location 2159 in Augusta Ga. While visiting Jacksonville Fl this weekend after my workout I decided to grab a smoothie from Smoothie King. Googled Smoothie King locations and came across location #119 in Jacksonville Florida. The manager Ashley was so sweet, kind and generous. Looking forward to visiting with them next time I’m down here.

All of the associates do a wonderful job except for one. Every time this one person is working my smoothie is watered down. I ordered an angel food slim- only taste the water and sweetener! It should taste like strawberries and bananas. It's barely pink! I tried calling but it just rang and rang. Can someone train him please....

Love this place wonderful service and great smoothies like so creamy and Ashley is a delight to talk to she makes me feel like family I go in just to say hi to her and grab a smoothie on the way to work will forever come again

Arrive the Smoothie King to order a bowl. When I told the server I wanted to order a PB Swizzle, his response was oh we just ran out of bowls and Acai, the shipment is coming tomorrow. Now it's 8:38pm ET July 5,th 2023. I think he didn't want to make it becuz they were closing in 20 minutes.

Came here today to get a smoothie, got in to the store and there was no one in the store, no clients and no employees, completely empty. Then a guy came in from the back and he didn’t even look at me while he was walking. Then he stood in front of the cash register and look at me…no words, no hello, nothing!!! I was the one who said hi to him ( since he didn’t talk) and smiled at him, still no words back from him, not even a hi back or how can I help you or can I get your order?… I was the one who asked him if I’m allowed to order since he didn’t talk to me and he just moved his face like saying “go ahead”.I can’t believe how rude is this employee and how he was hired. I felt like I was bothering him just to be there, I felt so uncomfortable. Not sure if he was racist or he didn’t care about anything. Not coming back never again! Please record my time manager of this store and find out who is this employee. This is unacceptable!!! I work with clients every single day and if I treat a client like this I’m completely sure I would be unemployed right now. Date 10/27/23 at 7:10pm

Love coming here but today was not the best visit, there was only one employee ( Anthony) making all 6 orders ahead of me and his other co worker was in the back, he asked for assistance and has yet to receive it when approaching my order.I give 5 stars to Anthony but not to the store as a whole. Team work definitely was not shown today.

I haven't been to this location in years and now I know why. The staff are horrible especially after reading all of the negative comments. I ordered delivery for a certain timeframe from the Smoothie King website itself hoping it would be an easier process. By the time the delivery driver got to the store, they had cancelled my order. I called the store and they tried to blame the cancellation on the delivery driver and not take responsibility for their own actions when I had receipts that they cancelled it. To make things worse, I've called several times of the past weekend and was told a manager would call me back but no one has called me back. I had file a dispute and allow my bank to get my money back. I won't be visiting this location no time soon. Sad sad world I tell you!
