I ordered a strawberry gladiator with mango and kiwi. However they made me a chocolate one with mango and kiwi. So I came back and had them make a new one because it tasted funky. This time they made the smoothie with vanilla instead of strawberry. How inept can you be to get the order wrong 2 times in a row within a span of less than 5 minutes? Or were they out of strawberry? If that's the case that's okay just let me know and I can order something else. The the girl was nice however, and pretty quick.

Terrible service!!! I go there every Thursday morning and never had the experience I had this morning. The girl working took my order never once telling me that there would be over a half an hour wait. so I sat in the drive-through for 32 minutes while there’s cars lined up behind me and people inline waiting to order inside. Not once did she come to the window the entire time. Not to take my money or say she's alone and it's going to be a while... Nothing, at this point I was late So I couldn't go elsewhere to wait AGAIN and I just wanted my smoothies. I watched the girl take care of customers inside on line for 20 minutes before she even came to the window because I beeped. When she came to the window, I asked how much longer this would be because I was already 20 minutes late for work. She told me to get out of HER drive-through and I said "no I’ve been waiting for now almost 30 minutes." she closes the door talks to the customers inside about how I "yelled at her" which I never raised my voice, didn't use profanity, wasn't disrespectful. The customers inside start yelling and she opens the window gives me the drinks and tells me to get out of HER drive-through for the second time. So I waited for 32 minutes in total for 2 -20 ounce smoothies and got the worst service. If she would have communicated with me and not been so rude, this would have been aimed at the management for leaving a young girl alone at 8 am . she was obviously overwhelmed but that should be worked out internally at smoothie king, so customers don't become punching bags! Find another location, waaaayy too much of a hassle. The one on Phillips is way better in my opinion.

I know this is completely subjective, but, in my opinion, these are the best smoothies in Jacksonville. I love the texture here at smoothie King. Also, I love the strawberry gladiator with bananas and strawberries. It is so yummy! I try to get one at least, a couple times a month. Also, I really like their new peanut butter oriented açai bowl. It is delicious! Thank you, smoothie king!

Showed up tonight (Friday 12/1), and the store was closed already. This is the 2nd or 3rd Friday (minus the Friday after Thanksgiving) that I showed up at 8:20 p.m., and they were already closed.
