It’s 7:15 and for the second time this week….they aren’t open. The manager pulls up on a cell phone chit chatting while her employee continues to wait to be let in. I was trying to make this my routine spot after working out to grab a smoothie….looks like I’ll have to go elsewhere.

Let's just not care today. Workers clueless on how to use app and blow you off. No training for these employees.
I asked for my smoothie to be made with no milk because I have a dairy allergy, I noticed it was made with milk because I started to have an allergic reaction after drinking. I took the smoothie back to the store and the manager Bria, refused to give me a refund and ignored the negligence and seriousness of this situation. Won't be returning.

I don't know what it is but the service is not great and the smoothies not the best. I feel rushed when I go in there and it's not entirely a warm atmosphere. Been there twice now in the last year or so. Just rubs me wrong vibes and the smoothies are expensive here. $13 with a tip for a 32 ounce.

Listed this lovely location yesterday and ordered 3 smoothies. The employees greeted me with such enthusiasm and gave me the run down about the new spring drinks they were currently offering. I was sold on the Spring Bliss which was made w/ strawberry Kiwi Breeze, mango, pineapple, & raspberry. It was SO GOOD! I also got my normal which was a Hulk Chocolate w/ peanut butter added and a Pineapple Surf smoothie. This location was very clean, organized, & stocked with plenty of merchandise. Plenty of parking when you arrive and located on Atlantic Blvd past Kernan Blvd. Would definitely recommend this location.

Went in to get a smoothie and guess I took to long to know what I wanted.. (no one else was in the store) the young girl was tapping her 5 inch nails at the register staring at me waiting for me to order huffing and puffing. I felt extremely rushed and hated hearing her fingernails tapping for 2min straight when I ordered she didn’t even look at me I paid and then she walked away. Some guy made my smoothie she never came back.

The employees are amazing. They work hard but what I don't get is why isn't there a manager there?? At nights as well, there's been one person with no help from a manager or 2 employees working. I've gone at night and I've seen groups of people come before they close and there's only 1 person to make the smoothies. Like really, there's a gym not too far from the place! Some people have no consideration or patience for these employees at times. Where's the manager at????

The ingredients are fresh and delicious, but I got a bowl and it was only half filled up. This is unacceptable and I will not buy a bowl at this location again. For the price you should fill the bowl to the top with ingredients. That was disappointing because I was hungry and now I feel I gotta go get something somewhere else.
