Smoothie King

I recently visited on 11/19 around 11:30am and the employee on duty was just seemed be uninterested in helping figure out my rewards. Almost as if it was irritating him. So I just bought my smoothie and said forget the rewards. Overall the atmosphere was great, but you can tell the smoothie was thrown together.

Don’t show up within 30 minutes of closing - they won’t make any bowls. Find a place that actually will make their menu items while they’re open.

I go here pretty regularly because I love Smoothie King. But this location needs some adult supervision. I hope the owner sees this and takes account of the hygiene of the three younger kids working this Saturday’s shift. They are wearing dirty shirts, a winter hat, and the girl had her greasy hair down. I literally threw our smoothies away after paying.

It’s 7:15 and for the second time this week….they aren’t open. The manager pulls up on a cell phone chit chatting while her employee continues to wait to be let in. I was trying to make this my routine spot after working out to grab a smoothie….looks like I’ll have to go elsewhere.

Let's just not care today. Workers clueless on how to use app and blow you off. No training for these employees.

I asked for my smoothie to be made with no milk because I have a dairy allergy, I noticed it was made with milk because I started to have an allergic reaction after drinking. I took the smoothie back to the store and the manager Bria, refused to give me a refund and ignored the negligence and seriousness of this situation. Won't be returning.
