The girl taking our order was very polite and helpful. I tried for the first time a keto champ 32oz (medium) with cold brew as my flavor and it was pretty good! It already had 24g protein in it but I added an extra scoop which I recommend if you’re trying to have a true meal replacement smoothie.
My friend had a gladiator smoothie which already has 45g of protein.
The place was super clean and modern looking. I was told to download the app to get perks such as free upsizes on Fridays and monthly promos.

Cashier was nice but my drink was a mango banana ginger smoothie and it just tasted super fake sweet like straight Stevia or something ? I didn't taste fruit or ginger at all. Will have to ask them to hold the Stevia next time lol
Put in a mobile order to save some time, when I got there the smoothie was not and the employees had no idea what I was talking about , I gave them the address and showed them the receipt on the app and they tried to tell me I was at the wrong location, then I showed them on there app where it navigated me to the very location we were standing in... they fixed eventually
Two nice young ladies were working and one took my order. They worked together as a team and made the experience very pleasant. ?

Beware of this location. Not all are the same but I went to this one today. I have celiac disease. It’s an autoimmune disease where if I eat gluten it destroys the lining of my small intestines and leads to many different medical issues. I asked if they can make my smoothie in a fresh clean blender and scoop the powder from the container instead of from the counter. The assistant manager came over because the poor kid taking my order didn't know how to handle my request. First thing the assistant manager did was raise his voice and point to a sign on the wall that says he can not guarantee no cross-contamination. He must have said it a million times. Then he told me he couldn't confirm the protein powder was gluten-free even though it said it on the container. He said he "wasn't trained in gluten allergies". At that point I had paid and asked for a refund because I could tell he didn't want to deal with a customer who has celiac disease and who requires something out of the norm. The poor guy who tried to issue me a refund was new and didn't know how to do it so I had to wait 15 minutes for him to call the manager on the phone. It was a horrible experience. This is why I typically don't eat out sadly. More training needs to be done for people with dietary restrictions. It's already difficult walking into a place to make a particular request but when faced with someone who had no empathy or could care less makes it very upsetting. The manager asked for my name and number to follow up but have yet to hear from her.
Super super slow. Took 30+ mins to get my order. By far the worst experience ive ever had at smoothie king.
Just had the worst experience at this Smoothie King. After placing my order, I spent 20 + minutes in the drive-through line, waiting just for them to attempt to give me the wrong order. The employees told me they had not even made my drink yet. Very poor operations.
Rude I’ll travel to a different location completely out of the way vs dealing with this experience. Usually come every morning after the gym. That will cha change now
