Wrong ingredients on 2 sandwich, waited for them to remake and one was still wrong and asked them to just bring missing ingredient that we paid an upcharge for because we already waited too long for remakes. Just over 15 mins later and a now cold sandwich they finally bring it. Go to leave because everything is just awful to find out they put a freaking Jalapeño in the pickelrita drink instead of a pickle and I am glad I noticed bc the person who wanted it could not have PEPPERS of any kind so we had o throw it out. This is horrible and we had no time to go back a mistake like that is an allergy that could have been a hospital visit.

Came to this location and pressed the button twice and waited a good 10/15 mins for service and nobody spoke to me so I just decided to order on the app instead, no big deal right? Wrong.. I ordered my two drinks and small fry and waited an hour! And when I finally received my order it was wrong, and when I mentioned it to the worker she was very rude rolled her eyes huffed and puffed and just walked away and she ended up sending someone else out with my correct order

Lines of cars waiting and nobody answers the call box. On MULTIPLE occasions! We have just driven away half the time. And gone elsewhere. This last time I got out and walked up to the window to make sure everything was alright. And they looked like they had no idea there was a line of cars waiting. We love the food. If we can ever order it!

This location is horrible. The employees slow, the shift leaders look slow, and im sure the manager is slow. Every time i come here the service is horrible. Please get rid of this location. The whole team is useless.

This spot is consistently slow with the service and the food never tastes good it’s lukewarm. Like what. I ordered a drink that’s it and it took them 20 min for my drink.
Service has gotten a lot better. Love the slushies so I gotta go 🙃. Mid fast food place. Don’t like the drive up anymore. Gotta get app orders via drive up and park NOT drive thru which is just a waste of time.

What a great team and experience! We stopped by with a van full of 13 teenagers and they were so patient with taking our order and had our drinks ready to go in less than 7 mins! I am so impressed with Mel and her team (Deanna & Charvez). Thank you guys!!

Sonic is always like a box of chocolates you just never know what you're going to get. But at this Sonic this time the service was great the food was good and everything came out on time. All in all this was a great visit. You know the one thing I wish Google would let you do is do a separate review every time you visit someplace.
