They are either understaffed or have no idea what the are doing because we never got to order in our parking spot then we walked up to the window order. Waited 20mins no one came with our food. So we got in the car to go thru the drive thru to see if we could get it that way but the line wasn't moving. After sitting 15mins we just decided to leave.
Last Review: Wish I could have given no stars at all. They made the wrong shake then try to redeem themselves by not making it fresh but reusing the same shake scooping out the wrong ingredients to add the correct ingredients then topping it off with whipped cream to hide the imperfections of the blend. No good Sonic...
Current Review: 1 Cashier 1 Cook, what's going on Sonic, this is just bad. I ordered two drinks on the mobile app, they didn't answer the stall button, another customer & I had to go to the window for it to be made because of no staff. Smh Sonic, this looks bad for you brand.
I just can't believe it the worst hotdog I've ever had I paid to have it customized to make it even better and I got the worse I've ever had in my 51 year's, look at my hotdog will you where is extra cheese and extra onions and I go to pick it up felt cold like out of the refrigerator and the left side of the bun is missing😢 what did I do wrong to Sonic to be done like this I paid them up front in full and was this a hotdog someone else didn't want and they saved it for the next person who order one, how horrible I threw it in the trash sonic is wrong for doing me like this and whoever made it seen it was not able to be eaten and still put it in the bag, they had the light's off when I got to sonic, no customer's, every thing was turned off like they were closed I had to ask they said we're open look at the time they had everything shutdown probably so no one will come and order and they're ready to go, I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED SONIC YOU JUST SOLD ME SOMETHING PROBABLY OUT THE TRASH CAN BECAUSE I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER $12.56 is what I paid and it's in my trash can, I pulled up in my Kenworth and it's all lit up at night's they see me frequently and it's like they didn't want to hand it to me but just gave it shut and closed the door really fast, that was some really strange suspicious behavior I noticed soon as I pulled up looking like they're closed even had the car stall light's all off, I WANT MY MONEY BACK YOUR EMPLOYEE’S ARE 100%WRONG FOR WHAT I WAS HANDED TO EAT EVEN PAID FOR EXTRA STUFF AND THE GRILLED CHEESE WAS WORSE JUST LOOK AT IT

Saturday 11/01/2025 around 4:30pm. Sat at the stall for 15 minutes after pushing the red button. No one answered. No one acknowledged us. There were at least five other cars waiting also. Every single one waited and then left. I guess the employees didn't want to go outside. We decided to go through the drive thru. That was a mistake. Chamelia was very unpleasant and unprofessional. Didn't say one word to us. Didn't even look at us. Also, gave us cherry sprite instead of cherry limeades. Like we wouldn't know the difference.
Edit: I just read some of the other reviews and our experience isn't uncommon, unfortunately. I tried to do the survey on my receipt but kept getting kicked out. The owner seems to be aware about how awful this location is, he just doesn't care. That's fine, plenty of other places to spend my money.

Very slow service. Drive thru wasn't even that busy but took almost 40 minutes to get food.. No communication from staff that my meal would take a bit longer...fries are barely even warm. I only ordered a simple cheeseburger combo. WILL NOT GO HERE EVER AGAIN.

The lady at the window was rude and only talked to me once after taking my order then walked away as I was getting my card. The guy who came up next didnt say anything the whole time, except that hed be back with my onion rings after he gave me the rest of my order. I get my onion rings and they look like this! This looks disgusting and just not okay.

Stopped in for some snacks. We grabbed mozzarella sticks, pretzel with cheese. Carmel salted doughnut bites.
They were ordered in the app. All hot and fresh.
Just disappointed in the size of the Carmel bites and only getting 4.
But they were tasty.
Service was friendly.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This is the second time trying this location since moving to this side of town. Twice now I’ve ordered a cookies and cream milk shake with extra cookies to get home and have a vanilla milkshake with a scoop of cookies on top. First time I thought okay maybe an accident, but this time now it’s just insane. $8 for a vanilla milkshake. Then when u call to try to get it corrected before coming back up there no one answers. We had to wait fifteen minutes for drinks that were wrong and they make u use drive thru. Awful experience. We won’t be returning. Very upset about the lack of ability to answer a phone.

Here's the issue : I pull up to order, before I can even get a word out I am cut off by the person working there. Tell me there's some confusion in the corn dogs aren't 50 cent still Halloween. Here's thing, I don't care and that's not what I was ordering. The rest of my ordering experience was met with attitude. When I pull up to the window to pay the cashier seemed confused by a cookie dough milkshake, what was handed to me it was a vanilla milkshake with a brick of squished together old looking cookie dough on top. You couldn't even put a straw through it if you wanted to. I look at the cashier and I say hey I don't think this is right, ( I know for sure this ain't right). Cashier says well I don't know I didn't make it, I hand it back to her and I say blend it, I can see through the window and drive through that she is bringing my milkshake back to the person who originally took my order I get an eye roll some hand throwing in the air and then a milkshake remade.
I get it having a job you can't stand as part of the American experience, but curating self-inflicted drama when you're getting paid less than livable wage ? that's personal choice.

This Sonic is painfully slow. If there is two cars waiting before you order, be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes. They cannot handle more than 3 cars at a time and they usually get your order wrong.

Ordered online came to pick it up. Sat in the drive-through slot and press the button twice , you can hear the crackle of them picking up the microphone, but they never said anything both times that I press the button so i waited for like 15+ minutes finally get my food. It’s cold. I go back up there to get them to remake it and the manager and the cashier are looking at me confused saying that order was ready a long time ago. Yeah, I know, I was waiting for it and nobody brought it out, I think common sense is you can at least remake it.
Plot twist, they remade it my tater tots don’t even taste like they came out fresh But I’m the only person in line. I was supposed to have fries and tater tots. They just gave me tater tots…
My strawberry limeade pretty much turned out to be just a strawberry Sprite. They remake it and somehow it magically taste different
The only thing that came out right was the burgers the second time.
Nasty attitudes With a job that’s really not that hard especially coming from somebody who works in food service. This is absolutely ridiculous.
