Definitely not the best location as far as people go. The homeless population that hangs around over there really brings it down. Recently, I was there, and there were 2 guys standing outside on the tables arguing and yelling and cursing. One of them even went into the sonic and started asking for a charger and cursing. The staff seemed like they were ok with this behavior, but they may have just been trying to stay calm to avoid a situation. Anyway, they often make mistakes with the food, though it's usually always good, they do make mistakes. The drinks can also be a problem for people, especially if you mix flavors because those often get messed up as well. The drive-through is usually slow, and so are the stalls. I think that is mostly due to them only having one row of outside stalls, whereas most have 2 to 3 stalls and a drive thru. All in all, when you leave your food may or may not be right, the same goes for your drink. You're almost guaranteed slow service, and you may see homeless activity and / or grown men yelling in the parking lot.

Except for high winds and rain, occasionally, this is a fun stop for everyone! Those Banana, Peanut Butter, Chocolate milkshakes are my favorite! The burgers are fine, the corn dogs are sweet, the lemonade (slushie or not) are crisp and refreshing! Crinkle fries AND onion rings are a great, hot mix! Make sure you get all the utensils, napkins, and condiments Before your server dodges back in that door! They can keep the cherries and mints for the teenagers that fill the patio up in the afternoon.
Kid-friendliness: It's fast food and they have toys!
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp is dangerously in a space between the edge of the porch and some bushes. But, there's another one near drive-thru and the bathrooms.
Had to use drive thru due to them not using speakers at parking spots anymore. The dood was typical for fast food

Went through the drive thru, sat for 35 mins, got the wrong burger and a shoddy receipt that said there was change when I used a debit card. Customer service was ok but they need more people or something.

If this sonic is going to only take orders through the drive through, the least they could do is tell you. We sat at a stall waiting for 20 minutes pressing the button before we noticed that the only vehicles getting through where the drive threw. You could put up a sign, or at least respond to the stall like I know you can because I used to work here and inform them that you are not taking orders through the stalls. Thanks for wasting our time.

I literally wish I can give no stars. I, along with several people waited over 20 mins in drive thru for someone to come to the intercom. Several people drove off. When I went to the window and tapped on the door, the workers inside ignored me. One worker looked at me and went back to the back. After I started video tapping them not answering us did someone come to the window and said their headset was broke. Several people tried to get their attention. Unprofessional and outrageous.
Worst Sonics in town. They just need to close down. HORRIBLE.

This place is severely understaffed. 2 employees on site equals cold food and extremely slow service. I recommend you find another restaurant chain that values it's customers and staff by ensuring their restaurants are properly staff.

This is by far the worse Sonics ever! Every time and I mean EVERY time I come here the wait is 20-30 minutes. I am now at the speaker trying to order & been sitting here for 4 minutes, there are only three cars ahead of me and no one has addressed me on the speaker. I said hello plenty of times and there has been no answer. Are all the employees high all the time??? Also, you can order only through the drive through here, there is no option of ordering outside, which I thought was one of Sonics perks and classic service features. I finally decided to write this review of the TERRIBLE SERVICE AND WAIT TIME OF ALWAYS ABOUT 20-30 MINUTES because it is a reoccurring issue. The food is good but if you want to get your food within an acceptable time frame of 3-5 minutes, and avoid a half an hour wait, GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION. ALSO, IF MANAGEMENT SEES AND RESPONDS TO THIS REVIEW, PLEASE JUST INSPECT THE LOCATION YOURSELF OR DO A SECRET ORDER VIA THE DRIVE THROUGH SO YOU CAN EXPERIENCE THE ENDLESS WAIT!!! Sincerely,

All of the stalls are always closed and it's drive thru only. 6 cars deep and line never moves. I order my food thru the app so by the time I get through the drive thru it's cold. Get it right or just close.
