I am usually pretty patient when it comes to food service. But telling me to “Please wait and take a look at the menu” for over an hour is ridiculous especially when people who have come after us have already ordered AND received their food. And yes we did ring the button again after about 30 mins and they told us to wait again. Get people in there that actually want to work.

If you're a Doordasher or ordering from Doordash, highly recommend you avoid this location. The app states that you can NOT use the stalls to pick up orders and to go to the door otherwise you "will be reported." I did this and waited 10+ minutes in the cold while they had ONE other guest in the stalls and was ignored while I saw my DD order sitting on the counter. During my wait, multiple other guests showed up so I figured waiting longer was fruitless and canceled my pickup.

I waited for about 5 to 7 minutes after pushing the button. I got no response so I left. I normally like Sonic, but I doubt I'll visit this location again.
Update: visited 02/06/2025. 11 pm, not very busy. Ordered a footlong Coney with chili, cheese and onion. I was informed they don't have footlongs, only 6". I didn't dare suggest that 2 6" equals a foot. I changed my order. I went with a burger, tots with chili cheese and onion, and a route 44 sweet tea. I was informed that they were out of sweet tea. When I got my food, I was informed that they were out of onions. It doesn't look like things have gotten better since my last visit, I won't be back again.

i guess this place closes at 12am so don't come here past then because y'all won't be able to order anything...
placed a mobile order. went and they were out of ice cream. got refunded. called tonight and asked if they had ice cream before i drove down there. they said yes, they got a truck this morning, so about 20-30 minutes later, we head down there to get some shakes. immediately got told the ice cream machine is shut down for the night. like what?? you just said y'all had ice cream. no mention of it being shut off soon... y'all close at 1am??? so we try and order some food because we drove all the way here. might as well get something. "oh the grill's been shut off and cleaned for the night". but y'all are open for another hour. i can understand shutting it off 15-20 minutes before y'all close. but a whole hour.? if you're open until 1am, you're catering towards people who will come out and order food/drinks/shakes at 12-12:30am. shutting basically your entire restaurant down an hour early is crazy in my opinion.
so, just so y'all know. they apparently updated their hours. don't go here past 12am or y'all won't be able to order anything.

Food is just gross. I ordered a bacon breakfast burrito. It was so greasy. Not only that, but it had this really bitter taste to it. It was as if it was cooked on a dirty grill. Ice coffee was super watered down. Also ordered cheese fries. The fries were cold and also had this odd bitter taste as if the oil was really old. Don't go here. I promise this is the worst breakfast food I've ever had. Ended up throwing away my food. It is truly a waste of money. They should be investigated. Something is not right with the food here.

I had a wonderful experience being served by Reagan on 12/6/2024. She was truly amazing! Very helpful, patient, caring and hospitable. I had not been to Sonic in a while, so I requested her help. No matter how many questions I asked her, she remained sweet & caring. I kept apologizing for all of my questions as well as having to ask for additional things. Reagan assured me that it was her pleasure to help me. She suggested menu items, based on food items in which I expressed interest in. . I trusted Reagan and ordered her recommendations, which all turned out to be DELICIOUS! Reagan is definitely a great example of what employees should model themselves after. Thank you Reagan! You are truly an AMAZING PERSON/EMPLOYEE.. Reagan treated me as if I was in a 5 star restaurant. I was both shocked I was REALLY IMPRESSED Im definitely looking forward to returning. The smash burger and tots were DELICIOUS!!! YUMMY 😋 😍

The shakes, Oreo cheesecake, and the pretzels with cheese are the bomb pretzels are soft and buttery so good the employees can use a little experience maybe but they did well recommended
