Milk shakes unavailable... out of bar b q sauce ... it is just really inconvenient to come with a family of 6 and 70 plus dollars and have to make so many substitutions. Also sauce is .25 cent even though im spending 14 dollars on a pop corn chicken. We definitely like to drive all the way to the 103st location to get good food and way better customer service!

Wasted our money, food was cold, french fries were stale cold and greese logged. the burgers were cold and flavorless, the forgot the bacon on the bacon burger. The only one who looked like she knew what she was doing was a pregnant lady running the front who needs a pay raise and better employees. The food used to be so good smh.

Bad service, ordered at 3:02. Hit the red button & asked about the order at 3:27 & they said it would be right now. It’s now 3:33…. *Edit* come to find out they were short staffed which I totally understand but communication is key….maybe let your customers know the deal before ordering.

There was no care put into packaging the food. My hotdogs fell apart, and all the chili wiped off taking it out of the packaging. The fries were carelessly placed on top of the dog, and fell out. The employee was rude, and showed zero appreciation for customer service

Ordered thru Uber eats was supposed to get a Sonic double smasher Burger a single smasher Burger. Two Coney Island football, chili cheese, hot dogs and all I got was a single burger and some relish. But I was also supposed to get honey mustard sauce and barbecue sauce and ketchup. They didn't said none of that
