Service is terrible. Nobody answers the drive through and when they do the wait for your order is easily 20 minutes or more for drinks even. Horrible location and service all around

Things are messed up like the drive thru menu for days and no one fixes it? The parking lot is sketchy dark at night like no one wants you to come here so they leave the lights off? I'm left on hold at the drive through window when it's not even busy for 5 minutes minimum without even ordering?

I ordered three drinks on the app, and it was supposed to be done 15 minutes ago. I went to the drive-through, sat there for 10 minutes, with no drink. They were helping the car in front of us. He was just sitting there. I went out of line and got into a stall, push the button and they told me to go get in line in the drive-through. I told them I’m here for my drinks from the app, and I am still waiting here in the parking lot for eight minutes, with no drinks. I’m not sure what’s going on, but anybody that’s ordering in the stall, they’re asking them to come through the drive-through. There is a line of cars wrapped around the building, and I’m still waiting for my drinks. I bet the ice is melted.
This sonic is the most rundown, waste of time restaurant in all of Jax. Either the drive up order screens dont work or they dont use them and they dont bother letting you know to go to the actual drive thru. Once you do learn to go to the main speaker you wait 30 minutes to even place the order. Then food comes out not even warm…. Even if the location is understaffed, communication goes a long way instead of just being ignored.

The person taking the worded, said that she was in the bathroom taking orders 😂..Terrible service The photo with people were the kids on their phone smh . People were passing by us because no one is taking orders but they’re there. Oh like a 15 minute wait smhhh

Absolutely terrible experience at this Sonic. We ordered just two milkshakes—nothing complicated—and waited over 45 minutes with no explanation. Meanwhile, we could clearly see the staff just standing around inside, chatting with each other instead of doing their jobs. On top of that, they were out of stock on almost everything we originally wanted. If you’re looking for fast service or even basic customer care, this is not the place to go. Completely disappointing.
