Sorry customer service. After 15 minutes waiting between a stall and in the drive through being ignored i pulled to the window for my online order. The woman had an attitude like I was waisting her time. My drink choice was unavailable and was just told here's a sprite no option to choose anything else. Don't waiste your time here go somewhere else.
Waited 30 minutes without being spoken to, so we left.

I visited Sonic expecting a quick and convenient experience after ordering ahead on the app, but what I got was frustrating and disappointing. After checking in at a stand-alone kiosk, I waited 20 minutes without any update. Eventually, I pressed the button to speak with an employee, only to be met with rudeness. I was bluntly told that I needed to go through the drive-thru.
Once I finally made it to the window, I calmly explained that I had been waiting for 20 minutes with no communication. Instead of apologizing or offering any kind of resolution, the employee looked me straight in the eye and told me to email corporate. No sympathy, no accountability, just pure indifference. The woman was African American, on the heavy-set side.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a fast-food restaurant. If kiosks are not being serviced, there should be a sign or at least some communication to prevent customers from wasting their time. A simple apology and acknowledgment of the inconvenience would have gone a long way, but instead, I was dismissed.
If this is how Sonic is training its employees to handle customer concerns, they’ve lost my business. Do better.

Tried to go for lunch today. Pulled into a spot and pushed the button. Girl came on and said they were only taking orders through the drive thru today. Got in the drive thru behind one car. They pulled ahead so we pulled up to the speaker. Waited 10 minutes without ever being acknowledged. Left and went to Whataburger where we received great service and food. Don't bother going here.

Tried to visit at 7 pm on a Wednesday and was told that they were only doing drive thru drink orders due to being short staffed.

Today, I went to the drive-thru, and they might have been understaffed inside; I'm not certain. There was a vehicle in front of me, and while I was waiting, the man (Devon) who was taking orders came outside to take my order and those of the customers behind me, so we wouldn’t have to wait. He didn’t need to do that; he could have remained inside and made us wait, but he opted not to. His work ethic was commendable. Such commitment is uncommon in the fast food industry nowadays. Usually, they just hold your food at the window when you arrive, and you’re fortunate to even get a napkin. It was refreshing to witness such outstanding service. Devon deserves a raise and should train all fast food staff to follow his example. You could truly see his enthusiasm, and he clearly cared about his job and approached it seriously. I don’t typically write reviews, but this man deserves recognition and appreciation. Thank you, Devon!

Somehow they don’t know what comes on their own products. The sonic cheeseburger description says “melty cheese, crinkle cut pickles, diced onions, shredded lettuce, and tomatoes” yet every time I’ve ordered it it’s only come with cheese on it. Where are the condiments?

Ordered food on app parked and checked in, waited 25 minutes then went to use bathroom. Employee stopped me. They had our food inside. Melted shakes. Soggy tots. Thankfully sandwiches were warm. I definitely recommend other restaurants in area

Waited at drive through for 5 minutes. A gentleman said he’d be with us soon. Waited an additional 10 minutes and no one ever came back. We drove to the window to see if we could order that way and no one was inside.

Half of the drive ins don't work. Go through the drive thru just for no one to answer the intercom. Trash sonic id avoid
