Unfortunately last night I was hungry and went to get some food, they had the drive thru closed down before 12 am so I pulled into the stall to order some food, me and about 6 others car was sitting and waiting and pushing the red button to order food and nobody answered us or came out.

That is white fuzzy MOLD on my 1/2 eaten chili cheese hot dog!!! Never again will I be visiting here - in fact the health department will be getting a call tomorrow from serving this to people!!

Honestly every sonic I’ve ever been to has the same issues. They can never hear you while taking the order. Wait times over 10 minutes in the drive through. Horribly rude staff. This location will even let you sit at the box for 10 minutes without saying a word, then scolds you for driving to the window to see if order needs to be placed there.

First, I waited 30 minutes in a stall to receive a cranberry limeade. Secondly, I assume it took so long because they were out of cranberry, so instead of speaking to me through the microphone, they just let me hang out. Once I finally got someone to acknowledge me, I got it changed to a cherry limeade. After the correction, I got my drink quickly.

The food was cold. All of it. We waited 20 minutes for it to come out. They gave my son a chicken strips and a popcorn chicken piece? Does Sonic not give toys for kids meals anymore? They forgot a tot and the sauce we asked for. When they brought me out the forgotten tot, it wasn’t even full. The 3 stars for service was because she was nice about everything. When I attempted to leave, their food distribution truck pulled in and blocked the exit. I was stuck for another 10 minutes between this semi and the drive through.

Pulled up to speaker in drive thru, no answer, drive to window, young girl said I had to drive around and order through speaker, no customers there mind you, drive around and ordered, BY THE SAME GIRL!!! Lol manager gave me food and asked for tokens to pay?!!! Weird and bizarre place, it’s a run down dirty place as well

Went to sonic, sat in line for 15 mins before getting to the intercom. We told the drive thru worker what we wanted multiple times. She then went completely silent without responding so we drove forward thinking maybe there an intercom issue. We waited 5-10 more mins before getting to the window and the young lady had a attitude and said give her a minute because we told her we only ordered slushees but she said we ordered a bacon sandwich too. She closed the window and a man came to the window and said she said we drove off from the intercom without finishing our order and said we needed to circle the building again after staying in the line for so long already. How disappointing and unprofessional. Do better, you wasted my time and energy.
This place it’s like visiting a nasty street food place. Nasty outside and in. I only come here for pick up delivery orders and can’t believe things I see. Employees screaming at you like Karen’s. Sad atmosphere

After 2 incorrect orders, 2 times in a row, I’m done with this sonic. Not one part of our order was correct. Ordered 2 sweet teas, they were out. Ordered 2 smash burgers & paid extra for bacon but no bacon. One was supposed to have mustard added & the other was supposed to have tomato added. They put mustard & tomato on both 🙄
