Waited for forever after not only pushing the button and going through the drive through. Probably 30 minutes before giving up and leaving. When driving away saw employee(s?) outside talkin and cuttin shit. Absolutely horrible.

I am taking away a star because I got the Carmel bites!! They where over $4 a pack of 4!! That's over $1 a bite!!! I will not be getting those again unless they change the price or increase the amount in a pack!!!

Worst service. Drive thru says no apple pay and that's what they told me when i was placing my order when i get to the front they tell me they aren't taking card payments only cash on top of that i asked them to upsize my shakes and they tell me the shakes are already made and they are cleaning the ice cream machine conveniently at 930pm? They don't close till 12am And they were very rude as well

I ordered my drink with nerds and paid extra for it and it didn’t come with nerds :/ was disappointed. I love Sonic and it’s one of my favorite places to get drinks at so I was a little sad. The other drink I got also had no flavor at all and there was no redbull in it.
