I wish I could give a million stars for the wonderful, courteous and fast ordering process with Emily. Ordering fast food isn’t the same anymore with customer Service However, Emily knocked it out of the park. Her customer service was very appreciated. She needs to be a manager if she isn’t already. Thank you again Emily. Your kindness meant so much. 😊

I WAS a regular here. Only asked for a medium peanut butter shake with extra peanut butter. Practically just a vanilla shake. Didn’t even turn the shake a light brown. Never coming to sonic again, I’ll just make my own since it’s too challenging for sonic to do. Also charged me for the extra peanut butter. The name under the receipt is Goodwin and I had a male take my order and hand me the shake. No one in the parking lot either when I ordered so it’s not like it was busy but I see why it was empty now. Get it together sonic. At home making my own peanut butter shake with the vanilla ice cream you gave me

Worst Sonic experience ever, it's very dirty The people are not nice at all. I ordered through the app pulled up checked in waited for about 10 minutes no one showed up. Finally someone comes out and yells at me that I am not coming out there you have to go through the drive-thru. That is the worst customer service. When I do drive around the drive-thru she acts like she didn't just talk to me 8 seconds ago. Finally after about 3 or 4 minutes of waiting she shows up at ask me what I'm looking for I said I'm the guy with the mobile app order who was just on the other side. And then she proceeds to hand me two drinks that have been sitting there for I don't know how long probably the last 12 to 15 minutes. I asked for a short straw and she says we don't have those and pushes the drinks at me and shuts the door or window to the drive-thru. Worst Sonic ever I highly do not recommend it it's worth driving 5 mi to the other one

I went through the drive-through line and Carmen was extremely gracious and sweet towards me. This is something refreshing to see as I as well work in the service industry and know how exhausting it can be dealing with people all the time. I really appreciate his energy.
Sat there for ten minutes pushed the button three times and no one ever took our order or even acknowledged our presence. Shitty service
