Not sure why you would change your hours to say you’re open until 3am, and then when I pull into the drive thru at 11:55pm (5 minutes before your PREVIOUS closing time) I’m told that the kitchen is closed. Change your hours back to the actual time that you close.

Ordered online for pickup and checked in. After waiting for 30 minutes had to press the call button again and they still don’t have my order ready. I ordered a cheeseburger, a chicken sandwich, and a chicken wrap. 45 plus minutes later I had to go up to the door and ask for my food again. Placed order at 1:33pm got my food at 1:22pm.

Could not even place an order. Speaker was so low we could not hear the person taking the order and when we pulled up to give the order to the person they said they only take orders by mouth. Only sorry there is no score less than one

Omg the food is so good! We are still sitting in our spot, eating every bite!! The server was so sweet and nice! Happy people make people happy!!! Thank you!
We didn't even get to order, there was only one customer in the whole place and we were told it would be about a 10 minute wait to just order through the drive thru

Ordered a little past 12am, so I understand everyone's tired, the night shift is long, and customers aren't the greatest, but... We had a large-ish order and Melissa, who took our order, acted both as though it was completely beneath her, gave two deep, long-suffering sighs, and when asked a simple question about fries, responded with open hostility. So, while I get being tired and most likely overworked, I have no intentions of patronizing a place like that. Our food was subpar as well. We ordered a blast with sauce, but recieved a cup with sauce on the bottom, ice cream, and a few toppings, completely unmixed. The manager, who brought our food, was great though!

As far as the smashburger tho .. this thing is a game changer
