When I pulled up to the curb to place my order there was 3 other cars at the curb and 1 at the drive thru, I waited for 15 minutes and finally saw the server and asked how to place my order, her reply was we are really backed up and will get to you when I can. By this time 4 other cars pulled up and she waited on someone that had not been there as long as I have. I truly do not know how this location stays open, this is not the first time this has happened to me. I will not ever return

Ordered a milkshake near the end of the night. The person who took my order was very friendly and personable. The shake looked great. Drove off, tasted it, and found the milk had soured. Tossed a full shake. Wasn't worth driving back for a refund.

Food is great but it will take you 30 min. This is the slower i have ever been to in my life (and I’m 54 yo). If you got 30-45 min to kill go through. Smash burger is amazing. Been here ten times plus and always the same. Outrageously long wait times

This location is terrible. No one is ever at the drive thru and the customer service is poor. Looks like it’s always closed and signs are tearing off the property. Shameful leadership

We ordered a burger that was good. We also ordered a chilli dog and an order of tater tots. The hotdog was just warm, not hot. The tater tots were cold. We asked right away if we could have some fresh hot tots. The response was yes. We waited about about 15 minutes and asked when we would get the fresh tots. You could actually see the girl smiling through the window. She did bring them out right away, however the new tots were not hot. Just warm. We were at no point rude so the attitude was not deserved. We did however deserve what we paid for - hot food. There were no other customers present. 6:30 pm on a Sunday evening.

No peppermint or brownie in my peppermint brownie bark milkshake and the server that brought the food up to my car didn’t even say anything so I just got surprised with a 6 dollar plain vanilla milkshake like it would be different if she said something but she didn’t so i had to drink a plain milkshake when i was expecting peppermint and brownie
Sonic always has good customer service ! My food is always hot and fresh ! The pretzels are really good ! And I absolutely love the drinks.

Since when did Sonic stop serving breakfast all day? Yesterday around 6:30, I asked for breakfast and Ava told me they no longer serve it all day, so I ordered from the lunch menu. When Trinity brought my food, I asked her when they stopped serving breakfast and she told me I could order it anytime. Confused, I repeated what Ava had said, and then Trinity changed her answer, saying they were just out of eggs. Later, I went through the drive-thru and was told they don’t serve breakfast this time of day . When I asked the manager what time breakfast actually ends, she admitted she had no idea. If the manager of the store doesn’t even know when breakfast stops being served, that tells you everything you need to know about how poorly this place is run. And don’t even bother with customer care. After reading other reviews I noticed sonics replies mentioning calling customer care. I called to explain my experience and was told a store manager would follow up with me within 24 hours. It’s been almost two days, and I still haven’t heard a single thing back. Don’t bother wasting your money here. Super unprofessional and careless. They should just bulldoze this Sonic and put up another lousy fast-food joint- at least then the expectations will match the service.

This place has been growing on me through out the years, hit or miss depending on the location, but mostly left satisfied, love that ocean water, yes siiirr, I imagine I will always feel this way depending on which sonic I end up at, love the wide variety though, and im sucker for that Chilli weenie dog.
