Since when did Sonic stop serving breakfast all day? Yesterday around 6:30, I asked for breakfast and Ava told me they no longer serve it all day, so I ordered from the lunch menu. When Trinity brought my food, I asked her when they stopped serving breakfast and she told me I could order it anytime. Confused, I repeated what Ava had said, and then Trinity changed her answer, saying they were just out of eggs.
Later, I went through the drive-thru and was told they don’t serve breakfast this time of day . When I asked the manager what time breakfast actually ends, she admitted she had no idea. If the manager of the store doesn’t even know when breakfast stops being served, that tells you everything you need to know about how poorly this place is run.
And don’t even bother with customer care. After reading other reviews I noticed sonics replies mentioning calling customer care. I called to explain my experience and was told a store manager would follow up with me within 24 hours. It’s been almost two days, and I still haven’t heard a single thing back. Don’t bother wasting your money here. Super unprofessional and careless. They should just bulldoze this Sonic and put up another lousy fast-food joint- at least then the expectations will match the service.

This place has been growing on me through out the years, hit or miss depending on the location, but mostly left satisfied, love that ocean water, yes siiirr, I imagine I will always feel this way depending on which sonic I end up at, love the wide variety though, and im sucker for that Chilli weenie dog.

What kind family centered fast food establishment doesn’t have a restaurant for at least kids to use? We came on an exciting first time visit for our kids and had to leave early because a kid had to use the bathroom. Sad enough to say that we all loved our food but won’t be returning to this Sonic due to their bathroom situation. This is completely unacceptable. I will be sending formal complaints to Sonic about their franchise expectations because I’m sure this isn’t it.

The patio was trashed and covered in bugs, trash, and yard debris like limbs and such.

The food itself was fine but I was informed that they no longer provide marinara sauce with the Mozzarella sticks and instead I had to buy them separately. This is crazy to me. I have no problem buying the sauces if I want more than the standard amount for the size of the order, but I don't get any marinara with a large order of mozzarella sticks? What's next? Will I soon have to pay for the salt on my fries or to get an extra ketchup packet for a burger? I understand that if this is the company policy now that the employees have their hands tied, but this has effectively ruined what little good will this chain had left for me.

Please for the love of our beautiful neighborhood, close this location. It's not even worth having open when your employees don't work and the food is disgusting. Can't even get a drink right! I've been disappointed enough coming here twice a year I won't be back.

As a customer not an employee I would say the overall experience has been fairly pleasant for the most part. However, I would say that one incident that happened 2 months ago when Tyler played a stupid intercom, childish, phone prank on me and screwed up my entire order on purpose and I am glad he quit. It was also uncalled for! Which I will call him out on that, and while I do love the Witch's Brew and Elvedein did forget to give me my recipit one time that same day, he did correct his mistake in a sufficient, speedy, manner.

Ken is alright when it comes to overrall customer service and he did well in that regard and getting the job done. While Kiana in regards to customer service has been pleasant she's super sweet, but she's also slow. And one time I requested a bacon cheeseburger with a size of medium pickle fries and instead I got regular fries but that is the only downside.

Overall: 2 stars do I recommend this Sonic? Only because they are close by. I mean a few orders as mentioned didn't turn out right like I expected and the 6-inch conie and the regular fries over pickle fries. Plus, the toast was burnt when eating the bacon cheeseburger but despite all that it was an okay experience which could've been better but most of their food here is rancid anyway. And being they are the only Sonic store close by within reasonable distance is the only reason why I would recommend them but even then, they are pretty slow.

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese with mayo and mustard. My burger had no cheese and BARELY ANY MAYO OR MUSTARD. The employees here are stupid.
