Food was okay. Could've been better if my appetite wasn't ruined by the worst customer service ive had. Came in around 3pm on Sunday the 7th and was greeted with attitude immediately. Okay probably had karen before me ,but it continued! She got snappy with everything and when we finally finished out order she said the totally and told us to have a nice day in a very snarky and exaggerating way. Like If you don't want to work there just quit! I was so disgusted! I would've named dropped if I got the name. I work in customer service and would NEVER treat my customer like that even on a bad day.

waited 20 minutes to only receive sour ice cream last night. been going here since middle school and have never had an issue like this before. i will say the pretzel i got was fresh and hot but i won’t be coming back to this location.

I literally spent 18 minutes waiting for a medium drink....and I was the only person in drive thru. Plus it was the wrong drink. When I was greeted at the order screen, the worker greeted me with "what do you want". When they brought the drink, he had no smile or greeting and when he gave me my card back, he dropped while walking away and and left it on the ground. I had to get out my car and pick it up. NEVER AGAIN SONIC!!

Not great for an evening meal. Our order was taken back due to old/stale fries, my double cheese burger had an very old bun, the popcorn chicken was old, and lastly, we didn't receive the correct sides which had to be taken back as well. I'm unsure if our experience was due to a young staff or lack of management. The staff did handle the incorrect items in a timely manner but it was unfortunate that our order was so mishandled while being the only customers in the parking lot at 7:00 p.m. Our two kids meals were the only correct times we received.

if i could give them zero stars i would. this place is awful. we went to the parking spots first. we got out to look at the menu then pressed to order. nobody clicked on or anything to acknowledge us. i look around the menu sign there’s two other cars and one worker walked out so i was thinking we were gonna be able to order since she saw us. nope.we waited again and then pressed the button again. took about 15 minutes when i said to go through the drive thru. we went thru the drive thru and ordered. they didn’t have any bread for the hamburgers. lolwe waited another 15-20 minutes for our food to come out. we got home and everything is so salty and overcooked. one of the milkshakes we got was wrong and the other had false eyelashes or facial hair in it. disgusting. the only thing good from the order was the dr. pepper we got. $35 dollars worth of garbage food and garbage service. such poor quality place in general. everybody there has a nasty attitude and it needs to be fixed.never going there again

Is this place permanently closed? I drove up to an empty parking lot at 2pm on a Wednesday. There was one car at the pick up area talking to an employee for about 5 minutes because she finally went back inside. I waited at the speaker box at the drive thru for someone to take my order. Never did so I finally just left. There were no signs indicating the place was closed or the speaker being broken. The place looked unkept and straight up abandoned.

Drove 10 minutes out of my way to Sonic only for the guy (who sounds stoned) on the drive thru speaker to tell me that they are out of everything I wanted to order (no strawberry, no cherry, no lime, and no dragonfruit). He laughed about it. We were planning to order more than slushies, but at this point after trying to order 3 times, we just gave up. This family of 5 was disappointed!!!! This did not represent the Sonic way!
