We like to go on Friday night for the ribs. MICHAEL.Y. Was an awesome waiter. Very friendly and came back to the table several times to make sure we were taken care of Sonny’s ribs. Never disappoint.
Disappointing Customer Service at Sonny’s on San Jose
Tried to have dinner at the San Jose location but left due to poor service. Upon arrival, we waited five minutes for a greeter—who turned out to be casually chatting with a customer at the bar. When she finally acknowledged us, she simply asked, “How many?” and led us to a table.
