Cafeteria like ordering. It was very fast but we got there before the lunch rush and portions are very large.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant has wide door openings and the ability to wheel through to order your food. It also has a low counter to place your food on while going down the line.
That last piece of bread pudding was a little burnt. Yes, I still ate it. But come on, man. Give me the light skin piece next time.

Absolutely the worst. Ox tail had so much fat on it, there was barely a bite of meat after I peeled it off. Prices way too high. Avoid at all costs.

Love this place. Was excited to get some today, but I forgot they're closed on Mondays?
Listen, if you want good soul food this is your place.Cons: the line can be really long, it's cafeteria style so it gets loud which can make it hard for the workers to hear when ordering.Pros: The food taste like someone's grandmother is in the kitchen putting love in the food, super affordable
"The food at this restaurant is consistently good. However, be prepared for a long line as it seems to always be crowded. Despite the wait, the quality of the food makes it worth it. The servers are generally pleasant and I haven't had a bad dish yet. I definitely recommend this place."
The food use to be very delicious, different group of people cooking, but the desserts are very good.

As usual, there was a line, no surprise there, what was surprising was how long it took for the line to move. No one seemed like they cared at all, not very friendly. They take their time and then rush you to order. I gave up on Bistro years ago, but recently at my job, they catered the food twice, and both times, it was so good, I just knew Bistro was back!! Nope. I came for the sweet potato souffle - only served on Sundays? Ran out of Mac and cheese - how sway?!, but had plenty of broccoli cheddar rice casserole? No thanks. I finally get to the register to pay and the young lady tried to secretly take the man standing behind me, (she made eye contact with him and kind of pointed towards her register) I said, "Excuse me, I am next" She rolled her eyes and never opened her mouth to speak, she tapped the pay machine when it was time to pay. My coworker was behind me and asked for hot sauce. She acted as if it would hurt her to help, but she did hand over three sauces, so lacksadaisical still no words. The pork chops were good, not great, the rice was bland, gravy was good, greens were not good at all, the meat inside was so dry, cornbread was good, black eyes peas were a little too pasty/ thick, even for my taste, and the red velvet cake was okay. I ordered an Arnold palmer for the drink, and it was good. Overall, I think unless it's on someone else's dime, I will pass on Bistro. However, I wish them nothing but the best.Parking: Parking is available and free but tight. Nothing a good driver will have an issue maneuvering in.
