I've been amazed by SoulFULL Eats! The best part of my week is unpacking my meals and seeing what has been prepared. The variety and quality is unmatched. The meals are so easy to heat up and taste incredible. SoulFULL eats has changed my week and made meal prep so easy, all for such a reasonable price considering the quality and freshness. Also love that everything is gluten, dairy and soy free, clearly labeled with macros, and packaged in compostable packaging. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a local meal prep service that will make you feel like you have a private chef.

We have had about 3 weeks of meals so far and it has really been amazing. It’s freed up a ton of time and energy for my wife and I and the meals are all healthy and delicious plus bonus of no gluten. We look forward to seeing what is on the menu every Tuesday and everything we’ve had so far has been great. Telling everyone about this place keep up the great work!

Their food is absolutely delicious—made with care, flavor, and heart. Ordering from their website is a breeze; it’s user-friendly and efficient, making the whole process simple and stress-free.
What really sets them apart, though, is their customer service. The owner went *above and beyond* for me recently when I missed a deadline for a delivery order. Despite this, they still made it happen—delivering meals to a family friend who had just lost a loved one. The owner herself made the delivery!! That kind of compassion and commitment is rare and deeply appreciated. With our friends living in Florida and us in Seattle, this our go to to send them some love from afar!

I ordered from SoulFULL because my coworker/friend’s husband suddenly passed and we wanted him to have prepared meals that are easy to heat up and eat. Also a bonus that the food items are healthy and made with good ingredients. Sometimes grief brings unhealthy food habits so this will be a nice option for my friend to have! I saw the great reviews and ordered without even thinking to inquire when it would be delivered. I messaged SoulFULL and quickly got a message asking for my phone number. Shantrell gave me a call almost immediately. She said that they normally have orders in by Fridays and deliveries on Tuesdays (spoiler: it was Tuesday). She informed me that I was in luck though because there was an extra meal package this week. She went on to say that her delivery team would be able to get the package to my friend by that evening or she would personally deliver the package herself. I was so touched by her kindness and consideration. Going above and beyond to provide wonderful customer service at a time in need. I am excited to hear my coworker’s review of the food (although from the reviews it all sounds absolutely INCREDIBLE). I will have to try myself sometime soon. Thank you Shantrell for going the extra mile here! Your excellent response and kindness did not go unnoticed.

My coworkers, who live many states away, sent me gift cards for SoulFULL due to a devastating death in our family and the surrounding difficult circumstances. We have since purchased more meals because we loved them so much! I was pleasantly surprised to see a pick-up location in Orange Park since we have such limited options for high quality, HEALTHIER food in Clay County.
The quality, service, menu variety, cost, packaging, and convenience are excellent! While I know how to cook healthy food from scratch, I often don't have the mental or physical energy after work, mom duties, etc. SoulFULL really lifts that burden. AND they are peanut free! This is huge for us since one of our family members has a very serious peanut allergy. It's challenging to find a peanut-free restaurant or meal service.
This is such an excellent gift idea for anyone going through any kind of difficult situation and also a perfect service for busy households, especially those with gluten, dairy and/or peanut allergies!
