Crappy service and wouldn't take cash, because someone on break? Give me a break, 5 different people walking around and none of them can count or open a drawer? With the prices u charge? We can't pay how it's convenient for us?????? And the smallest portion at the airport???? So ridiculous 🙄 never again!!!!

Southern Grounds should be great, but this one ALWAYS has employees who clearly have no idea what they’re doing from a service (or product) perspective, which indicates the owner/GM is (in my opinion) incompetent in their role. Luckily the cafe is in an awkward place. Hoping it will fold soon! P.S., turn off your music while the pianist is playing!

Stopped here for a couple of beers. Staff was really friendly and beer was pricey as expected for an airport joint. Not much else to really say. Perhaps I will grab something to eat here in the future.

This place is always the worst. Cold hard food, they have zero idea how to make a drink. They also just dumped cow milk out of the pitcher and put almond milk in it, after I told them I have an allergy. Wait and go to Starbucks after security.

Atrocious. Took over 20 min to get a drip coffee. They are so cheap they won’t put self serve half and half on the counter. The server must have yawned 6 times while she was making the coffee and never once covered her mouth. Disgusting. And the drip coffee tastes like warm water. Waste of time and money.

We left this place without our order. It took forever to get an ancient grain bowl and a yogurt parfait. Really? They claimed supply just arrived. When I asked for substitute options, I asked for a muffin, they reply I can give you only a croissant. Just a waste of time and money. Not fair!
