Inexperienced, undertrained baristas. Almost made me very sick, if I hadn't caught their mistake. Very slow refund process.
Dietary restrictions: no soymilk. baristas generally confused about milk option differences.

The place just needs more help or faster people 25 minutes or longer per order especially when catching a flight is ridiculous

The coffee was awful (in addition to being awfully expensive) and the salmon bagel with avocado was rubbery and yet again very expensive. I give the atmosphere one star because whenever there were no customers, the employees would congregate in the space for customers and talk in very loud voices while eating food from the establishment)

I am a fan of all the southern grounds locations but this one inside the airport is the one exception. I have been multiple times and the staff is always very rude and unprofessional. The coffee and food certainly doesn’t taste like what you would be used to from Southern Grounds. I hope they improve this location.

the avocado toast is top notch. the coffee is excellent. but the staff is above and beyond friendly, funny and accommodating! give those girls a raise!! they are incredible!!

Slow... rude, got the order wrong and took 20 minutes to correct it. IN THE AIR SIDE OF THE AIRPORT! She repeated the order back to me correctly so I didn't think to check the receipt until after I was waiting a while. Then the general manager was trying to say that was what I ordered or I was given the wrong bag. But my receipt said the wrong order . I am vegetarian and it said chicken. Then took forever to get an ice cold ancient grain avocado bowl . And it was dry. No sauce. Waited 15 more minutes to get a credit on my card for the chicken. The general mgr said she was going to give it to me but got busy. What kind of answer is that???? And then she said she could give it too me now. But I ate it 10 minutes ago. She gave me $3's off. It should have been free. The term Eric latte wasn't that good either. Something was off about it and the cup wasn't even filled all the way.

The guy next to me waited a long time and told several different employees- very politely- that his plane was boarding and would he be able to get his toasted bagel - or should he just go and board his plane? No one acknowledged his statement. As I said he told several people and continued to wait. Finally got it and ran to his plane.

I had the pleasure of meeting Jenelle and Gabbi, and I was thoroughly impressed by their exceptional energy and warm hospitality. Their enthusiasm truly elevated my experience. My latte was absolutely fantastic, and I also indulged in a blueberry muffin that was nothing short of delicious. As someone who flies frequently, I can confidently say that this spot will be a must-visit on my travels moving forward. Looking forward to returning soon!

Great service is inconsistent at the airport location, but today was on another level. It goes without saying that when traveling it’s best to be patient and kind. What I observed from the Southern Grounds staff today was irritation towards their customers. We sat down at the bar area for a lunch and the staff was busy taking to-go orders, making coffee and just roaming around without acknowledgment. At one point the barista announced that a drink was ready and when the customer didn’t respond quick enough, she looked at him and yelled at him to come get his coffee. He handled it well. However, after not receiving any service after 15 min, we decided that it was better to leave without incident.

Ordered a frozen latte. There must be a lack of training as there was no espresso shots added but instead I saw her add a small amount of drip coffee.
If you like milk and white chocolate only, this is the place for you. If you are seeking professionally cared for coffee, I would go through the checkpoint and hit the Starbucks up on concourse C. The $7 paid was $6 dollars too much.
