I had the pleasure of meeting Jenelle and Gabbi, and I was thoroughly impressed by their exceptional energy and warm hospitality. Their enthusiasm truly elevated my experience. My latte was absolutely fantastic, and I also indulged in a blueberry muffin that was nothing short of delicious. As someone who flies frequently, I can confidently say that this spot will be a must-visit on my travels moving forward. Looking forward to returning soon!
We Picked up coffee before our flight at JAX.
The staff was courteous and professional.
It was closing time and we observed the staff cleaning the space from top to bottom, including all the appliances and kitchen area.

I just want to stop before I leave the airport and thank Thea. After a long day of travel and bad food I stopped by Southern Grounds & I ordered something that was just...not good. I took a chance and brought it to her attention. She was kind and professional & quick lol. Before I knew it I had a delicious replacement tat she recommended! This was huge forr me today. I don't write many reviews but Thea was wonderful!
