I absolutely love Southern Roots Filling Station! Michelle greeted me with GREAT energy. The owners are filled with amazing energy as well. Total Vibe. Very organized. Great food and the coffee is A1 top shelf. Even got a lesson on Columbian coffee ??. The owner gave a In debth story about Columbia and where the best coffee in the world is made. The vegan sandwich was excellent and the blueberry muffin was on a whole new level . I never experienced food or coffee like this in my life. Very great experience

I really enjoy their drinks here, especially the matcha lattes. Their food is pretty good and they have an array of different options. My hesitation and reason for docking one star are that they market themselves as a "vegan" restaurant but serve dairy products... local animal exploitation is still animal exploitation. For this reason, I do often question the ingredients of certain menu items and mainly stick to drinks here. Southern Roots is a cute spot and I'm glad it's an option...read full review
