My husband works at the jacksonville Fl location. From what I can see they are a great company to work for. Very family oriented, good to there employees. Would give them 10 stars if possible.

Worst Company& customer service!!! If you can go somewhere else I highly encourage you to! I'm a manager at The Boot Rack Saloon, we're a very small beer and wine bar. We've been in business for 31 years. This company doesn't appreciate the little amount of money over many years faithfully, I might add.I placed a order on time, our directions for delivery are after 3:00 p.m..has been for many years.The delivery driver decided to come when they wanted to. And because of that there was no one here to receive it. They took it upon themselves to cancel our order. And Trying to call and resolve this issue with the company. Because I'm positive they appreciate our business. Has been impossible. You can't get a hold of anyone that can do anything about it. You call and then your transferred to someone in Miami and we're nowhere near Miami.I call back to try to get a phone number for someone in charge and I'm told that they haven't answered their phone in 2 days. The only way to handle this is through internal email which isn't given to you. They won't do it. They do it themselves so it's impossible to explain your situation and how urgent it might be. They simply just don't care. So here we sit the week of Thanksgiving with no product. Thank you, Southern glazer.
