When I tell you the disappointment I felt when I was handed this side of mac and cheese. I always come just to get a side of it for $4 and it filled most of the pan. I paid $5.56 and got two small cups!? Guess I won't be going back! 😑😔

Just today I was refused service because I was only black guy at bar. Extremely racist purple hair manager of the bar. I am a regular here and service is good that's why l go. Until at the 14985 Old Saint Augustine Rd location on March 9 changed my whole view about the company as a whole. The Civil Rights Act of 1964 We the people tought for these rights and today we are still being treated unfairly I am very hurt and I never been treated this way.

14 dollars for 5 potstickers that im pretty sure were from costco and took 1 hour and 15 minutes to get them. We also ordered the goat cheese steak sandwhich which was supposed to be carmalized onions and peppers with steak and it came out with raw onion and peppers on chicken, also 1 hour 15 minutes to get. Litterally a joke of a resturant. Dont bother.

The amount of food you are getting for the price is ridiculous. Plus you’re paying 18$ for a burger that you have to order at the bar and comes on paper plates. The so called waitress was so rude to not just us but everyone she came in contact with! I advise you stay far away and head to the sports bar down the street.

The food was decent and the girl that took our order was very kind. However, when we finished lunch we need to-go boxes. I walked to the counter to ask for one and the girl was busy and not there. I saw the boxes literally right to the side of the ordering counter so thinking it wouldn’t be a problem I grabbed one. The chef in the kitchen SCREAMED at me for doing so. The entire restaurant got quiet and looked my way. Hindsight, I realize my mistake and I sincerely apologized several times during his TANTRUM. The manner in which it was handled was extremely rude and uncalled for!
First time here, nice pub with amazing food. Service was a little lengthy once alot of people came in. But it is so worth the wait and I will definitely be returning for more of their delicious Mac n cheese.

We waited a whole hour to get pretzel bites and were late to our show because of it. Beer and pretzel bites should NOT take an hour. The wait staff never came by to assure us our order was coming up and never checked on us. Sorry to say we will not be returning as this was our 3rd bad experience there.

Went on a referal. Orders was massivly backlogged even when venue was not overly busy imo. I orderred a spicy burger but everything was charred to death.

Horrible service. Cashier was very rude. Sent the Mac and cheese back. It had no sauce what so ever. Had the steak bowl ... Rice tasted like Uncle Ben's. And the broccoli tasted like dirt. Had burnt broccoli and burnt chunks in with it. Very disappointed. We have been here many times.
