What a fun location. Plenty of seating inside and out - and across from a small park! I have to start with the stellar service - Justin was amazing and he is a fantastic leader for the store! Brie is so energetic and a master at brewing up any coffee drink you would like! Justin and Brie know how to create a memorable Starbucks customer experience!

The Starbucks on San Marco Boulevard has the best customer service of all of the Starbucks I've been too in Jacksonville. I order breakfast and coffee almost every morning over door dash and it always comes hot within 20 minutes. If I go inside of the store they are patient and warm and welcoming ❤️

Get in and out quick. The sewer gases are at a dangerous level. The contractor really screwed them on this on. Great staff.

Quaint shop (like the exposed brick). The cream cheese Danish was so good. My green tea w/strawberry acacia instead of water was weak. Unfortunately one of the staff members must have been having a bad day. She responded rudely to my husband when he asked a question.
I wake up very early and was surprised to find a coffee shop open at 0430. I showed up at 0436 and was delighted to find two awesome and jovial employees. It seems rare to have an experience like this in today’s day and age. Exemplary service. Would recommend.

This is 100% the best Starbucks in Jacksonville. I love seeing everyone with their dogs enjoying company and coffee in the mornings. It is so warm and cozy and the staff is amazing. The ONLY downside is the parking on the weekdays/weekends.I had issues with my bank one morning and I was clearly upset but Jennie told me the coffee would be on them that day. It made me so emotional because of their kindness. Also, they are so consistent. I get six shots of blonde espresso and it is always delicious there. Thank you for being you, San Marco Starbies!!

The baristas here are very efficient and knowledgeable about the coffee they serve. They are kind. I've only just discovered this Starbucks, the one by my home is being renovated. So I had the need to locate another Starbucks with kind and knowledgeable baristas. I was worried I wouldn't find another Starbucks that have such wonderful baristas. But I've been blessed with a second Starbucks that has baristas that treat their customers like gems.I'd like to thank all those people that go to work each day and perform their duties to the best of their ability.
