Went into store today got a coffee then walked outside no seats available so I sat on a bench and when I went back in to get use the restroom and get a cup of water in my coffee cup I was denied a cup of water and code for the restroom. I was told sine I left and not sit in a Starbucks seat I was told since I left I woukd have to purchase a water to get the code for restroom.So I will never spend a dime in a Starbucks ever again and the two girls were very rude about it I will be letting corporate know about this issue .

Bought 2 drinks, sat outside, walked around the lion statue right in front of the store, went back and talked to the same barista who made our drinks, said we couldn’t have a water because we walked out the store. Literally majority of the seating is outside and I only have 2 hands. First time at Starbucks in about 2 years and definitely a reminder of why we stopped going.

This is the third time I’ve ordered DoorDash from the store and they keep forgetting my missing ingredients. One of the workers told me to talk to DoorDash about it as if DoorDash makes the drinks lol. I politely told them to pay more to peoples orders ! I pay extra for certain things and would like them in my drink thanks

What a fun location. Plenty of seating inside and out - and across from a small park! I have to start with the stellar service - Justin was amazing and he is a fantastic leader for the store! Brie is so energetic and a master at brewing up any coffee drink you would like! Justin and Brie know how to create a memorable Starbucks customer experience!

The Starbucks on San Marco Boulevard has the best customer service of all of the Starbucks I've been too in Jacksonville. I order breakfast and coffee almost every morning over door dash and it always comes hot within 20 minutes. If I go inside of the store they are patient and warm and welcoming ❤️
Get in and out quick. The sewer gases are at a dangerous level. The contractor really screwed them on this on. Great staff.

Quaint shop (like the exposed brick). The cream cheese Danish was so good. My green tea w/strawberry acacia instead of water was weak. Unfortunately one of the staff members must have been having a bad day. She responded rudely to my husband when he asked a question.
