Joey was super cool to talk to! Love his pins and quick to explain the difference between a latte and a cappuccino! Obviously a very dedicated individual to your company and location, people like him deserve a raise or at least the respect for being awesome at his job.
The music was louder than I expected other than that service is great and the store is clean

The only problem I have with this store is they only fill up their cup half full with white mocha and If I pay six dollars I want it 90% of the way full with a little dollop of whipped cream, not a half a cup of coffee with a half a cup of whipped cream for six dollars!!! That’s ridiculous. Fill the cup up and put a dollar of whipped cream on the top.

I recently applied to this Starbucks and was told by a friend that its best if I give them a call just to have them be aware of my application due to many companies not actively checking the website. I called today and was calmly informing the barista that picked up the phone, she then suddenly cut me off mid sentence and told me “You really shouldnt call about something like this on a Saturday at 5pm. Call on a Monday.” verbatim. I’ve worked many different jobs and the thing that they emphasize the most is phone etiquette, I can understand if you guys are busy but its YOUR job as the worker to calmly redirect me, not cut me off and talk down to me as if I am a massive inconvenience. Starbucks is known for its amazing customer service and this experience was laughable.

Used to be a 5 star for me but recently being informed after several days of having no sleeve for my tall or grande coffee that ITS PROTOCOL ONLY FOR VENTI... this is the dumbest thing I have ever been told on top of the fact they gave me a $4 off card to compensate... NO, I want a sleeve on my hot coffee. Lmao, like, are we serious ? My coffee is $5-$7 anyway. What's $4 gonna do besides give me a one-time discount on something I pay for every day, sometimes twice a day.
And the batista's want to get mad because I grab my own sleeve..... I SHOULDN'T HAVE TOO FOR A GOT COFFEE.
Change the protocol, or I will get a lawyer and sue you for putting guests at risk of burning themselves because you do not think a tall or grande needs a sleeve for a hot beverage... absolutely not.

Drinks were good as expected but the baristas were rude and super stand offish. I am Indian and getting married tomorrow. So I’m not sure if me walking in with henna all over my hands made them like that. The barista looked at my hands and definitely made a face. Overall I just felt uncomfortable and will definitely not be coming back.

The coffee was great, but our experience at the drive-thru was disappointing due to the barista’s attitude. From the moment we started ordering, she seemed irritated and unapproachable. When we got to the window, her demeanor remained unfriendly, making us feel uncomfortable. She also refused to take my husband’s card until after handing us our drinks, stating it was a rule—which would have been understandable if it had been communicated in a more polite manner. Unfortunately, the lack of courtesy overshadowed what would have otherwise been a positive visit.
